Unfortunately most probably beyond our budget. 20m euros is probably the minimum fee at the moment, but we're probably looking a lot closer to 25-30m given how much he's shone in both Europe and Italy this year.

Next season, only these players has contract ended: Dida, Roma, Favalli, Inzaghi; Beck & Manchini loan ended.

We must endure Kala, Oddo, Janku (and Zam) another year. Where could we send them?

Kaladze already burnt his bridge when he talked trash about management and Leonardo; Jankulovski already said he is going back to play in Czech Republic after this season; Zambrotta probably will stay on anyway since he's only been here for two years; Oddo still has a year left on his contract? Did we give him a contract extension sometime? Cause he's been here three years for over three years!

I don't think he will be back at Milan, it's just sweet talking from Galliani in a difficult time for Beckham. I'm not surprised if Beckham will retire after this. His goal has always been WC 2010 and now that dream is over for sure. I picked up the same injury 16 months ago and it takes quite some time to heal and even more time to recover the strength needed to perform at a high level.

So it's almost a reality that we will only lose Dida , Roma , Favalli , Pippo , Beckham and Mancini with Diniz , Astori , Darmian and maybe Paloschi Adiyiah probably being in the first team when he get's to terms with the language.

Would anyone agree with me when I think our squad will be as follows.

Thats a 29 man squad if everyone stay's , even if Huntelaar goes for 10 - 15 million with 28 players and 6 forwards 4 strikers and 2 supporting strikers I see MGT being content.

The midfield is really shocking for the mobility and speed and of most of them you basically have 2 players that can run Abate and Flamini from what I've seen of Di Gennaro he is slow as hell.

The forwards are okay , really good if Dinho is playing well and linking with Pato , Pato almost always play's well and sometimes great his pace is great for us.Borriello is a good backup striker for a team like Milan really good against smaller sides. Adiyiah and Zigoni I don't know anything about besides youtube vids and underage international football.

The defence is again frightening if Silva and Antonini are out , Nesta can't play 30 games a season he will 35 early in 2011 and we need a player to take over from him maybe Astori will be it.

Ive been imagining who we will buy and will leave but judging by the past 6 years we all know how Milan do business , Im going by what I know its not as if we have signing great young players or even good young players regularly and Im suddenly saying we won't buy anyone.

Definately I see MGT having different views on where the club is going than where the fan's would like it to go. To MGT I think top 3 or 4 in Serie A and last 16 - quarter finals in CL is what they are looking for and If it can be achieved on a shoestring budget with cheap older players and free tranfers then thats how it will be done.

Im calm about this not p1ssed off about it I'd like Dzeko , Krasic , Hernanes , Anderson and Rafinha but even if we get Dzeko for 20 + Huntelaar thats still about 70 million , its the kind of thing we need , and if you think that Dzeko and defender will get us back in the hunt then i'll disagree our midfield are very imobile they all want to do the same thing come deep and play the pass from inside their own half. We need players who do alot of running off the ball as well as on it like Flamini but he isn't working out then its hard to tell he doesnt play more than 3 games in a row and only when someone is injured or Rino is having some bad form.

This is my opinion it doesnt mean I don't like Milan or am over reacting or pannicking its all fact and in keeping with the way Milan do busines since 2004.

If we fail to get Dzeko, do you think there is an option (even better) in signing Ribery?

1. We do not pursue him, but we like him.
2. Bayern wants to sell him. Klose scored only 1 goal all season, Hunter will be good replacement, so we can lower the price. Sagnol retired, Lell is not good enough, Lahm plays RB now, maybe they need Oddo?
3. I do not think Real really want him, their squad needs team work and maybe new coach, not new player. Other teams do not truly interested.
4. He is no doubt world class player.
5. He will be a force through right wing, sharing the assist job with Dinho and great when counter with Pirlo's long ball. Pato could be try at CF. Dinho - Pato - Ribery is a very active trident.
6. He can play in the middle, given more option to Leo. Borri can have the maximum support behind him. With enough space and clearer chance, Borri could be productive, even against big teams.

Ribery obviously would be a great addition but wasn't there like ridiculous valuation of 80 million by Bayern , this is unrealistic but I still think they won't sell him for less than 50 - 60 million so I don't think he will come. Added to that a player of Riberys status and undoubted quality would prefer to go to Spain or England I think.

You're starting to repeat your posts Jay ... And you make a prediction on the last 6 years, it's as ok as if I said "regarding the last 20 years, I think we're going to spend 75M this Summer on 4 players we need and 1 useless one".

Just wait and be patient before bashing everyone again ... And even more importantly, enjoy our end of season !!

Indeed I am but Im only going on what I know and what I see . Im not bashing anyone this was a great team but now they are older and slower still keep the ball well but its a young mans game these day's 20 - 30 , there is always room for an old experienced quality player but not 6 or 7 in a team. I will be patient and hope MGT get a grip.

IMO, next year we should sign:
- Dzeko or at least an update of Borri.
- An creative AMC who could play at the wing.
- A good defender could make us feel relieved when Nesta or Silva take a rest. And when both of them play, he could play RB or LB (like Stam or Bonera).

I welcome the versatile players.

4 players and we are set imho
- 1 CB, 1 WB
- 1 modern midfielder (2 would be perfect)
- 1 striker (optional)

Serie A's quality decreased much in the last year,the difference,quality one,is getting bigger year by year...

we can easily won Scudetto and we can say goodbye to CL in second rounds...even vs not very strong teams like Chealse and Barcelona...vs United who sold their best players as well...lost much offensive power.Only Rooney was enough for us...7-2 is not something i could accept easily...Thanks to their young CB we scored that 2 goals...

We need complete box to box midfielders...
We need great striker...
We need players who can change the game from the bench like Cacau...free agent...sign and use him instead of inzaghi...he will do much more...
we need a world class GK.
We need world class wing backs...Tremoulinas...
We need a player who can be vice Pato...Krasic...low cost.world class.low risk
We need a CB who can be cover for Nesta and Silva.David Luiz,Miranda e.t.c.

I read on acmilan.com that nesta will be back in training after 30 days. thats great news..we will have him ready for the important games at the end of the season.

L’esame artroscopico preliminare ha evidenziato una rottura del menisco esterno, che è stata regolarizzata sempre per via artroscopica. Contestualmente, è stata eseguita in artrotomia una tenodesi del tendine popliteo e una capsuloplastica esterna. Alessandro Nesta verrà dimesso nei prossimi giorni e dovrà rimanere immobilizzato per due settimane con un tutore postoperatorio. Al termine di questo periodo inizierà un percorso rieducativo e si prevede un reinserimento alla sua attività atletica tra 30 giorni.
