Allegri: "Bochetti? We are very well covered in the defense department. KVP? We will know more in a week".

Rumors that Genoa will buy him and loan to us with option to buy HALF his contract next year are increasing. I would really love to know whats the reason of all this, when I suggested my opinion, they said I love making conspiracies...but isn't it a bit obvious now?

Amelia -> Milan free loan
Sokratis -> 50% of Oduamadi, Strasser, Zigoni

And now they want to buy a player (who has an EU passport) to loan him to us? I don't think Milan has become that low. I think Berlusconi doesn't want to be seen spending money in such dire economic times.
You're surely right (well, it depends on the system used by the team), but I think there never were as few great FB as nowadays. I mean, on RB, there are Maicon, Sergio Ramos (does a lot of fouls), D.Alves (sometimes forgets how to cross), and that's it, on LB, I still hardly find great players, there are a lot of good ones, but no great LB.

I think the next trend in football will be to use more midfielders, and less FB (in Italy, you could see several teams who used a 3 man defense last season). With the 4-3-3 (or 4-5-1) hype nowadays, we could well see more and more teams playing 3-4-3/3-6-1 sooner or later.

About Insua, I don't know him enough to give my opinion so I'll trust you ...

I totally buy this conspiracy ! berlusconi loves milan and he also doesn't want to piss off his country. him spending like real madrid could have a lot of political ramifications ! to pull a secret deal like this is totally something berlu would do !

there's way too much player exchange between milan - genoa !

There's something unexplained in your theory guys !!
What about Inter and Genoa last year ? Because Genoa did the same things with Inter last season ...

Find something because I don't like movies with bad scenarios (missing parts) !!

I've searched information about Honda, and I found this (28/7, a bit old but still interesting):

http://www.goal.com/en/news/553/russ...ow-but-not-his

Honda's been forced to play DM because there is Alan Dzagoev playing ACM, so he couldn't get chances to attack and is not so happy.

But this guy Alan Dzagoev is really something. Very young, only 20 years old (1990 born), and is playing his third season for CSKA, his stat looks great:
Russian League: 59 matches, 21 goals, 19 assists
Champion & Europa League: 18 matches, 6 goals, 4 assits

He is hard working type who never pleases with himself and often encouragee his teammate to perform.

Real were interested in him in 2008 but he played it down, said he wants to stay CSKA, and if he goes, he wants Chelsea.

Honda's versatility make me want him more while Alan Dzagoev is a promising player worth observing.

This is his goal against MU:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpqKp...eature=related

Though it is hard to get Honda if Dinho stays, but there is chance if Milan really want to.

I can accept a average player in our situation, but the guy better be Italian and cheap. Don't know much about him as a person, but if Jay is right, a average player with a ego is the last thing Milan needs...

Sorry, brasileiro. But Kevin-Prince was not only Pourtsmouth best player last seasson, but he also had one of the most impressive WC perfomances. I don't know if you missed the WC due to Brazils bad ending, but he was a beast on the field for Ghana.

He attacked, he DID created chances, he defended - to make it short: Boateng was all over the place and was only stopped due to a bad penalty shoot.

The best thing Our MGT could do is selling Huntelaar and signing Honda with that money.

-----Flamini----Pirlo/Seedorf-----Merkel----
------------------Honda-------------------

Alan Dzagoev is a creative player who is fast and good dribbler as well. He has a good shoot, long shoots are very good too.

On the other hand, i hope we sign Honda, he is what we need in midfield now.

Our midfield with Merkel and Honda, will be ideal, balanced. Honda and Merkel can defend well.

Merkel is improving game after game, thats a good thing for our midfield, he earned Hamsik comp. as well. he adds dynamism, front press to us, which is important in modern game, his vision, touches, he thinks quick, plays quick, decides quick. i hope he improves and makes his contribution to this Milan side. Playing Merkel as box to box player is key for 4-3-1-2. Flamini, Honda and Merkel, with them, we can make tempo and nice passes.

Yeah, this guys suposed to be really something. Can't say that I've seen much off him other than in the CL where I tried to notice him. But he seemed to me like a player that definetly reminded me of Kaká.

wtf?
We can't even sign honda. We are a big joke.Bastos is too expensive, genoa is making better signs from us, and we are staying with the finished Ronaldinho and Huntelaar.
This is not called a world class team, we are acting like a finished serie-b team.

Pretty much true although Huntelaar is not finished, if not here he will be scoring 20 goals + somewhere, yes may be in a 'weaker' league but still.

You are maybe tired of hearing this, but now is our transition year. Last year was not a transitional point, last year was a mess that was rescued by Leo.

Proofs are quite simple: We focus on youngsters, are more stern with the "stars", and working in harmony.

- We spent about 5M on signing young players, let Galli be the coach in stead of Baresi. They won the young cup, were competitive in young league and give us six promising players: Zigoni, Berreta, Oduamadi, Verdi, Strasser & Merkel. There of them are co-owned now but they are the less promising one when the rest: Merkel has box-to-box potential, Verdi is very skillful (is called Verdinho for his brazilian style) and Berreta could be a new Vieri, all are just about 18. Adiyah is maybe a mistake, no info about Hottor's form, but nothing is perfect. More important: we're continuing to do it.

- Not only focus on developing youngster in Primavera, our coach let them play and give his best for the first team.

- The new signing: Sokratis could be a very good CB when Yepes is enough for the 4th, Amelia has showed safe hand, maked the competitive with Abbiati very interesting, which is benefit Milan. We can rest assured with GK and CBs now. ACM and RB are still to be worry, but there is time to work for the strategy and regain player's form, fitness & confidence.

- The reduction of wage: Seedorf has about 30-40% less, Oddo & Zam earns less, same to Rino since last season. We have a clear 4M/year limit and continue with it. Dinho is a case to be solve. However, let see.

- The management cooperation very well. From Berlusconi to Allegri, there is an understanding. Tassotti & Galli remain though none is head coach. The players have respect for Allegri and train hard. Harmony is the key to victory.

- We have better coach in term of experience. Allegri knows how to balance the team and assess players' abilities, and his way of playing with a lot of movement really suits morden football and what Milan need.

- Saving is not a thing to be ashamed. Genoa is a team to learn, why not be friend with them. Pride is one of the seven deadly sins, it can hurt you We're saving the right way, no one can exactly predict the future, but there are more hope now.

Be optimist, guys

Dinho & Hunter are not finished, there are still many teams want them.

We are not really competitive, but the asmosphere is very good, with a nice talking of Galliani & Allegri, Dinho might stay and play good ACM.

Allegri likes 2 forwards formation with one target man/ poacher and one fast, skillful second striker. Hunter could benefit a lot alongside Pato or Verdi.

For ACM, I think loaning Helb from Barcelona is a very good idea, they want loan him out, we need player and he is our new star - Merkel's idol. This player can also play at right wing, so our strategy could be more diverse.

Hey man, i am an optimist by nature in all things Milan but you are going over the top

I also think it's a good thing we give chances to our new players. It's a risk worth taken. It actually might save Italian football in general if all Serie A teams are willing to learn something from the Spanish. On the other hand, Milan is the kind of team that is obliged to be contenders for Scudetto (btw i somehow love this word) and it's European history dictates that they should always aim for the higher position in CL.

It's just that i am not convinced that these certain young players we have in our team can drive Milan on top position in Italy for the next years. If Allegri will succeed on that, i will accept he is a coaching genius.

Fair enough, it's your opinion and I respect...

But there's no need to write this type of jab(joke?) or whatever you mean with this "Brazil bad ending make me missing" thing to me just because I have a different opinion. Here isn't the red&black forum.

I was in vacation and I watched 90% of WC games, because I love football. Brazil's NT fate has nothing to do with my opinion of a player. Btw, Kleberson was amazing(and instrumental) for Brazil title(not just a few games) in 2002, and thats doesn't make him Milan level or a great player.

I watched all(but one) games of Ghana, but more important, I'm watching A LOT of EPL since 3 years ago so, I'm not talking about a player that I saw 4 times. Plus, the best player(questionable) of Pourtsmouth means nothing to me. That team would be relegated to Serie B in Brasileirão.

Imo, to be all over the place means nothing if there's no "substance". Look at the careers of Essien and Diarra after leaving OL. One is a beast and the other and is a beast/football player. I prefer the Beast/football player.

So, if you think Boateng is a great player, fine, it's your opinion. But don't expect that I share the same opinion

I am not convinced, too. Believe some 18 years olds could bring Milan to the top is hilairous, but the fact is we have the top/WC players already. The problem is only them is not enough.

So loan players like Boateng & Helb, youngsters, and the good or very good ones like: 2 GKs, Antonini, Sokratis, Yepes, Zambrotta, Flamini, Ambrosini, Gattuso, Borriello, Huntelaar,... could help us even with the rising teams: Genoa, Palermo, Napoli,... and our top players: Pato, Dinho, Nesta, Silva, Pirlo, Seedorf (sometimes) will give us advantage against them and competitiveness against Inter, Juve & Roma.

The young ones and loan players will add depth, give top players the freshness they need to shine, IMO.

I don't care if some people call Milan a feeder team.

We are going on the right way. Scudetto or CL are too much, but 4th or above, 16 teams or further are do-able.
