Haha it's brilliant! Galliani is outdoing himself!
I actually don't care if we try to lowball teams. If we can get him for 5mil, then why pay 7mil!? As long as we identify targets that we want, then he can negotiate.
The annoying part is when we lose out on a player over 1-2mil...and then turn around and sign a uselsss one that will cost us just about the same anyway, yet provide the team with nothing.
The biggest problem is when he goes for players that play in a position that we need....however in no way, shape or form do they fit in what we are trying to do and accomplish....and he goes for them just because they are free. I would rather sign nobody then...as these same players then become a problem for us.
I'm really tired of this old prick. He's managed to kill this team slowly while continuously having a top 10 revenue in the world.

On the contrary, I can't wait to watch the World Cup games because they'll provide a much needed respite from this shambles of a club. After that I wish we could go straight to the new season because nothing infuriates me more than to hear Galliani spewing the same old b.s through the silly season about how grateful we should be to Berlu and watch him unveil our new three signings (all on Bosman) with that smug face as if he just hit the jackpot.

That's the attitude, mate. However, I think Nalx and some others don't stop supporting the club, they are just expressing their discontent, and World Cup comes at the right time to balance the feeling. Well, "even lovers need a holiday, far away from each other" ^^ some sad football fans also need that ^^

Firstly, if you spend more time here you'll see that nobody, absolutely NOBODY, here expect our transfer to be similar to that of PSG. It's not that I hate Galliani, go read my post on the thread dedicated to him when he almost resigned last year. But it's one thing being grateful for what B&G had done and quite another thing dwelling on the past success and not acknowledging the obvious problems we're facing now in the present, and the fact that Galliani constantly reminds us of the former than dealing the latter is what annoys me.
Secondly, while I never doubt that "he is doing his best" there comes a time where he must reflect on his decisions. After we won our last scudetto, our position in the standings gets worse every year, all the while being among the biggest spender in salary. To the press, he said that we're serious with our focus on our youth but except for El Shaarawy and to a much lesser extent Cristante, nobody was given adequate chance. For every potential problem, like injuries to our first team squad, instead of giving those youngsters a chance, Galliani opted to get either mediocre players or those who are way past their prime (Coppola, Silvestre, Zaccardo, Essien, and the likes) hence bloating up the squad, something that he himself moans to be too big ("we need to sell first before we buy") every fricking summer! And I'm not even throwing the argument about the expensive flop he bought when he did have the budget.
Lastly, I don't know if you're gonna stay here long, but if those sound like HATRED to you, then good luck finding other forums with less animosity.

I actually don't see that much hatred, don't laugh, I really don't. Even if there was or is hatred most fans are past that stage and in acceptance/realism stage.
As far as Galliani goes, his wrong spending has crippled this club. If he is at least not 50% to blame then I don't know who is.

Milan have Italys biggest budget and spend it all and then some.Galliani spends (wastes) more money than any Serie A side.Its allocated horribly and this is down to him.He is horrible at his job.Not only do Milan have Italys 2nd highest wage bill for this piss poor squad HE assembled ,but the clubs revenue has stayed stagnent for a decade and without UCL is actually going to be worse than it was a decade ago.Its not hatred ,its frustration and infuratiin at the crap job hes doing.And if you think he's doing his best well his best is not good enough.
Is it hatred when all we want is for this club to succeed? Is it hatred when we are not content with underachievement of the club we support? Is it hatred when everytime people talk about the club, we want people to remember its greatness, not a bunch of rubbishes or incompetent people which are actually not worthy of being associated with "great AC Milan"?

I'm new to the forum as well in terms of actually posting, but have viewed the threads for some time. I don't think its quite fair to the regulars here to claim "hatred" for the club...there is some serious resentment towards management and club over how personnel and direction have been handled, and I fall within this camp as well.
The problem here is that we as Milan fans want to see the club win and return to the glory that we once had. To critique and at this point mock management over the direction of our beloved Milan is a valid position...I mean, when you sell of your best players (Silva, Ibra) and then tell us about how we will invest in the youth movement to return to brighter days...well, like that or not we can at least agree its a direction. But to then go out and get the likes of Kaka and Essien and not invest in future talent is a bit absurd. Kaka (always loved Kaka but he is not the player he once was) and Essien were once great players, but now? Why not have Seedorf return to the pitch and make it a threesome? That's some midfield..10 years ago.
Point is, is there anyone on this side that you could argue is truly world class...someone who we will remember 10 years from now? Kaka yes from what he did his first time around. Balo has talent to spare...but he needs focus. Far to often he is distracted and disappears. Maybe ELS if he recovers...injury (cough Pato?...I hope not) plus he doesn't seem to be the same player with Balo on the field.
We definitely need help in lots of areas. The team needs new blood. But we seem to be settling for such striking moves as a possible Kevin Constant sale to bring in Davide Santon? An ok move I guess, but how many of you are rushing out to buy a Santon jersey? The clubs finances seem to be such that we aren't linked with any real elite players but rather a bunch of free transfers of mid-to-lower level talent.
That's where the "hatred" flows from, and its justified. This is AC Milan, not some run of the mill club team. Everyone wants to win, and everyone here loves Milan...but the recent direction and management of this club is a different story.
