The new rumor in Brazil, is that Milan wants to take off Ricardinho(Santos) of the Real Madrid in december...he will be free(his contract finishes in december), and Luxemburgo wanted it in the Real before the beginning of the season. But in the transference of Robinho, they agree(Real and Santos) in leaving Ricardinho in the Santos until December...It´s almost 100% of chance that Ricardinho will be in Real Madrid in december, but now, that Milan in the game the story change. They say here, that also the direction of the Milan consulted the Brazilians (Dida, Cafu, Kaká) and they had approved the transference...any news in this rumor I will place here.

a solid forward who has lost his touch over the years....was hyped when he was young but his performance has dropped....i think he spent last year at middlesborough but came back to brazil.

Well, I suggested Milan to make a move for Aguero. Today I read that Chelsea might offer 20+M Euros to sign him after Germany 2006.

27-10-2005, 02:36
damn, 20+m really?!?....he probably wont even make the squad for germany 2006....here's another case where chelsea overpays for their players....no offense to aguero, ive seen his highlights but he is not worth 20m euros YET...

He is only 17 and considered the best player in the Argentina tournament. How many players around the world can say that? And we arent talking Angola premiership or Honduras.

Yes you are right! But I thinj he doesn`t work 20m euros! :horny:

Hehe, today I was reading some argentinean papers in search of some Aguero data and Bochini (Soccer fans should know recognize him) suggested that Aguero and Kaka would be a total nightmare for any rival, an unmatched combo. That Kaka would be an ideal teammate for Aguero.
On the other hand, when asked about one player he would like to have as a teammate, Aguero said "Messi". He argued that they both have great chemistry and that both love to play at fast pace.
The number of wonderkids is just going silly, it seems like theres a new one every day. What are they feeding these guys in South America

My fantasy transfer is Cicinho for this January. I wish we could get him. And also there's another one, to sell vieri. Hell, i wouldnt mind if we bring in a primavera player, but this guy is just useless. There is Cassano that will be available cheap this January, we must try! I mean both Pippo and Vieri are on the wrong side of 30. Sheva is 29. Maybe if we get Cassano, things will start to look more positive, but yet again maybe not

pippo and vieri are 33 i think... so that means the right side of 30 is 37-39?? wtf?

right as in correct, not as in a direction
The first thing we had to do is to find some suitable defenders to buy because our defence is very old, the youngest is Nesta (28) and some of them are not good enough to stay at Milan (Simic, Kaladze). I would like to see Daniele Bonera in Milan, he is quite a good player and despite his young age he plays a standard role in the Italian national team. After we buy a few young defenders we can search for a replacement for Vieri and eventually Inzaghi. I'm a little sceptical on Fernando Torres, he is really a good striker but I don't know if he would be able to play in Serie A (I still remember what players like Jose Mari and Javi Moreno has done in Milan, absolutely nothing). I also don't like Cassano! Ok, he is a great talent but he has no discipline and a very bad character and players like that cannot be useful in Milan. Who knows, perhaps Inter will ask Milan if they would change Vieri for Adriano, in the last few years we made a lot of good changes with Inter.

right as in correct, not as in a direction
That is not how it is used grammatically though, the right side means above 30 in English, SO MK18 IS RIGHT. For example:
LEFT 29 30 31 RIGHT
right as in correct, not as in a direction

arent i right on both occasions??? .... if its direction, the right side of 30 would mean more than 30 ....
if right means correct, then how is right side of 30 = 18?? ... what does 30 have to do with it???

']Corriere dello Sport reporting Inter targeting Aguero? :d33:
we should get Robben so then when maldini retires Jankulovski can stay in defence his main poisition i think Robben is perfect Choice Spurs denied him and say they wouldnt mind if he went to MILAN OR MADRID i think we need him for our midfield he has Pace and all sorts of stuff
www.goal.com i saw it on this site
robben would be near impossible
GilAttack [11]

robben would be near impossible
Agreed. But I would love to have him here....if he could stay on the field, he has all the tools to be a top player.
Milan3869
22-11-2005, 03:00
isnt he a winger? we dont need wingers.
i agree... robben is amazing and any team would like to have him, but to be honest if im to go for a LW ... vicente would easily be my choice... hes one of my all time favoite players because he hashis own style and is sooo good at it!
come to think of it, from the games ive seen lately, i tihnk were playing good football but things arent as perfect as it used to be, i still feel we could be much more tougher, teams dont tend to fear us the way they did when we won the scudetto, that was the best team ive ever seen! therefore since theres a fat chance of this happening then i thought ill write it here, i think this should be the season were we break out alot of money the way we did when we won the CL when we got players like pirlo, seedorf, rivaldo, nesta, dida back and so on.
i tihnk billy will retire and stam would leave eventhough i hope not, i tihnk cafu will retire a season after the WC, and maldini in 2007 like he announced, in midfield i would look to repair because we can look sloppy at times, and in attack just a simple change.
defence: bring in oddo/sagnol/reveillere or any RB that is very dangerous on the right when he attacks because cafu looks slower than usually and our right wing looks less dangerous (around 8M maximum - sagnol free), 2 of gallas/alex/chivu most probably gallas and alex which is perfect (gallas free and alex around 13M)
midfield: 1 of ballack/sneijder/diarra preferably ballack due to his ability to play everywhere in midfield and hes free
attack: get rid of inzaghi and vieri (fat chance for the former) and get cassano and a tare/cruz type of player for 4th choice, if 1 leaves (probably vieri) then id get cassano only though i prefer inzaghi to leave.
i know its very unrealistic that all thegood free agents would come here but that would be nice, a maximum of around 30M would be payed during the summer, i think thats fine.
Bring in Robben,Ballack, Chivu and Toni and all will be perfect!

22-11-2005, 13:51
hmmm after Fiorentina's game, i really came to think that we will be needing at least one new midfielder afterall.. Ballack can play anywhere in midfield and he's free and he's OLD.. just the typical type of player for Milan to get.. Today, real seem to have already agreed terms with Ballack, and strangely - Capello for next year!

Im so boring, I know, but let me insist with Aguero. Im watching his latest highlights and he is so amazing. I read Galliani or Silvio would love to have Messi, well, Aguero is the next Messi. Not the same kind of player/position/style, but the same impact.
I read in the Argentinean media that Inter are the heavy favorites to land him, and that Moratti already told Veron to convince him to sign with Inter. Meanwhile, we are trying to find the next Vieri, the next Amoroso....you get it. Sign Aguero and forget about the foward position for the next 5 years with Gila and Sheva.
If you can, do yourself a favour and watch Independiente-River highlights and you will see what im talking about.

if u put ballack instead of gerrard which can actually be possible u only need around 20M for it... max!

dida, cafu, alex, nesta, ashley cole, juaquin, kaka, gattusso, seedorf, shevchenko, torress (from atheltico madrid). thats my line up for next season there has to be big changes! maybe if gattusso goes to man.utd bring in m.ballack! torress up front deffinitly don,t wanna see ronaldo at milan well past his best, still would try and get crespo though in the summer he done a job when needed he helped get up to a champs league final!! instead of chasin gillardino in the symmer why wernt we chasin ashley cole when there was break down talks with arsenal about not signing a contract?
That is good line up, but thera are no chances that we will buy more than 2 players...I think that would be 1 old defender, and one midfielder...
well, your team sux IMO. :rotfl:

gillardino is better then torress!!!!! lol u avin a laugh?? how many times has gillardino played for italy? comparin to torres playin for spain???? noo way is gillardino better then torress and thats a fact look up the stats!!
Milan_Mad
11-03-2006, 15:18
Ok am looking up the stats Torres has scored just 9 times in that easy leauge La Liga this season in 25 appearances to Gilardino's 15 in 25 appearances in the tougest league in the world:and we all know what he did at Parma he played 74 games and got 46 goals not bad, not bad :v408: onto international level just cause torres has more caps does not mean he is a better player as one is playing for spain(who have no choice upfront) to italy who have about 7 stirkers better than torres...
It's a fantasy line up, if everyone started a thread everytime they thought of a new line up for us the forums would be huge. All i'm saying is there's no need to make a new thread about something like this, that's all. I didn't mean to cause any offence.

Ah sarcasm, such a wonderous tool. Seriously though, how likely and realistic is it to get all three ? Considering that if Cole goes anywhere it'll be to Chelsea or Madrid, Alex has that deal with Chelsea already so getting him won't be easy, which just leaves Torres and half the clubs in Europe want him.
We'll just have to wait and see what the summer and Berlusconi's cheque book brings us.

Calm down man. So just because SANT lives in the US he doesnt' know anything about football? And you think you know everything just because you live in England? Whether Torres is better than Gila is srtictly a matter of opinion. It has nothing to do where someone lives. And please share with us what 'big names' you have talked football with.

one thing for certain: this guy is very annoying..
Yet another right back to add to my list of Alves and Ravilliere.
Ebouye from Arsenal, Im well impressed with this guy, hes strong, fast, athletic, good at defending, gets forward and seems to have alot of heart and no fear.
Yeah man I agree with you! I`d love to see Alves and Eboue in Milan! they would be dream signings!
Riquelme last night was awesome, he could easily take Seedorf's place.
Imagine a midfield of
Riquelme - Pirlo - Diarra
Could be interesting :D

riquelme...fuk he wud be awesome!
he is mentally strong too. shud be a gud replacement for seedorf.
but villareal aint gonna sell him
it's from the film 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' Alex22, the original 70's film with Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka. Roald Dahl wrote the book, i'm not sure if it's in there or whether it was just written for the film.
Anyway, i was watching that and thought ... ah yes, that'll do. I couldn't think of anything else at the time.
You're right Rahul, which is why it can only be in the 'Fantasy' thread and not any real transfer thread :(
riquelme...fuk he wud be awesome!
he is mentally strong too. shud be a gud replacement for seedorf.
but villareal aint gonna sell him
It depends on how much they offer for him, i think he's worth a lot, but nothing is impossible. But i Barça will always hace the priority over him for Villarreal(i dont remember if he was bought by Villarreal, at first he was loaned i think, right now i have no idea.).
They bought him from Barca for only 5 mil euros, it reminds me Kaka move to Milan for similar sum. And yes he played one year as a loaned player in Villareal, before joining them.
unlike barca, i think riquelme would do great here, barca are all attack... and its fast attack, we play attacking game, but its more organised, just the way rique likes it
There's a bit on calciomercato about how he may leave this summer. Apparently Villareal have already rejected an offer from Man Utd and it's thought Juventus and Inter are in the wings.
I think we should move for him, i mean i know we can't buy everyone but there are very few players who have his kind of vision and skill and they don't become available very often. I agree with mk, i think he could fit in here.
I will be glad to see such player in Milan! Imo we should try to get him
In witch position will he play??? Instead Kaka??
Well he could if Kaka was ever injured, needed a rest or suspended. But i saw him as a replacement for Seedorf or even Pirlo. I don't want to start any trouble by saying this, but i think he could take a first team spot quite easily. We all know about his vision and passing, but he's strong too, really tough on the ball.
Why not have
--------- back 4 ------------
-- Gattuso - Diarra - Riquelme
----------- kaka ------------
--------- strikers ------------
if you needed a defensive line up or
--------- back 4 ------------
-- Diarra - Pirlo - Riquelme ---
----------- kaka ------------
--------- strikers ------------
for a more attacking line up ??
It's all fantasy anyway, i doubt we'd stump up the money for him. But we didn't do alot to get Ronaldinho at the time before his big move ... and you have to say Riquelme's next move will probably be to a bigger club where he could stay for ages. It's like a last chance of getting him before he gets either too old or too expensive.
Alves missed a penalty in the uefa cup Kash :stress:
But he ran down the right wing and crossed in for their striker to score the goal :D
I guess the first bit doesn't matter as if he came here, he wouldn't be taking the penalties.
he missed damn :guw: I didnt even know he takes penalties, shows hes got good technique if the coach has a defender taking the penalties.
I havent really bothered to watch Riquelme much, but isnt he a pure playmaker or is he like Veron. I thought he would be too attacking to fit into our side. If he plays like veron ie tackles then he could fit in.
riquelme to me is better than veron because hes one of the best players ive seen that have the touch for the ball, besides ronaldinho, veron has that and is great, but riquelme is something else
Oh no, you misunderstood we all know hes far better than Veron, but he would only fit into the team if he can tackle and carryout defensive duties aswel as attack.
Don't forget that Veron has whole career behind him, he was once considered as a best midfielder in the world.
It's hard to me to imagine any new player taking a regular spot in our midfield, we have the same midfield for 3 years and only one change in 4 years (Kaka instead Rui Costa)... I mean we made a lot of changes in defence and offence (tried different partners to Sheva mostly), but our midfield is being untouched for a very long time, it's so hard to imagine changes there. Everytime I think of any changes that could be made in the midfield, it's looked complicated as a brain surgery.

does barca still own Riquelme? he was a player we were linked to every week a few years ago, he went to barca so we got Rui instead. I watched highlights of the villa- inter game, and he did really impress me
do we still own jose mari?
The very point you make alex22 is the very reason why it needs a change in my opinion. I'm not saying it'll be easy or things will click immediately, but i just feel the midfield needs a new burst put into it. The very fact that it's not changed for so long, must surely mean that deep down Seedorf, Pirlo and Gattuso know that if fit they'll 99% of the time have a starting place. They need a new motivation, fresh competition and that means new players looking to take their places.
I think we sold Jose-Mari. I was so happy for him when Villareal won :D
i agree, i think the midfield has lost some of its enthusiasm, its doing ok, but 2 years ago they looked much more solid, more hungry, and thats why i want diarra, hes a bull!!
Imagine if we got Poulsen aswell and had a midfield of
Gattuso-Diarra-Poulsen !!!!!!!!
No team is getting past that ... they'd all crap themselves and run the other way, especially with Gallas behind them :ilol:

ha-ha-ha ... so true ... I think you are forgetting Materazzi and Montero as central defence. With them in there and playing Milan would be like the trip of horrors for the other teams.
P.S. Did you see what Materazzi did to Sorin in the Villarreal-Inter CL game? That guy should be banned from the football field for life.
Yea man. I can't stand Materazzi! He always tried to f*ck up Sheva when Milan and Inter played each other.
If we have
Gattuso-Diarra-Poulsen midfield will Pirlo play? We need a playmaker in midfield, other than Kaka of course.

id rather have it look like this to be honest:
---diarra---pirlo---seedorf
urs i think is a bit too defensive
zlat, if i wanna build a team of thugs id put carvalho instead of montero... hes such an a-hole, materazzi really should be banned from football, i just dont understand how he can live with himself knowing that all he does on the field is causing severe injuries and possibly death with the sorin case

Is your name Capello by any chance
haha no Kash ... unless my parents aren't telling me something  :D
haha, you all took my line-up seriously ? It was a joke, if we had those players i'd never expect us to play them all, i was just saying how tough and frightening they'd be
There are alot of rumours around that Villareal want to buy Materazzi ??!!! After the Sorin incident i'm not sure he'd be welcome with open arms. Unless Sorin is going elsewhere ... like to us :D
There has been rumours around here that say Inter and Juve wanted Riquelme, but then the rumours changed and now thay say the most probable thing is that he goes to Maqnchester United, but then, another news said that Ferguson was traveling to Sao Paulo to take a look at Mascherano, and very posibly buying him. I dont think they can by both, that would be spending too much. (unless this new sponsor they have can afford it). So i dont know what to believe. Anyway it was obvious that Riquelme was going to be envolved soon with every big club in Europe.(and Inter)

Fergie was in Milan too, to watch Diarra. Utd could buy two midfielders this summer but i think it depends on how Scholes recovers from his eye condition. If Scholes is forced into retirement then Riquelme is the player they will target to replace him, though im not sure they will offer much after the troubles Veron had.
I wouldnt be surprised to see Real enter the bidding for him too, he is the sort of player they can build the neo-galactico's around...
Well, im going to look for some data, but if Barça is still conected to Riquelme, they might want to avoid this. Anyway, i wouldnt like to see him in Barça for being a sub again, i will really love to see him in a big club as the leader, i think thats the only way he can be succesfull, like right now on Villarreal, where he has the whole team playing for him, and he plays for the whole team, and more importan i tink he must have contention, affective contention, like everybody around him.
Im watching Daniel Alves for seville in the Uefa Cup final. I cant believe we need a right back and we are not trying to sign him.

yea really he is amazing but I heard that barca is in pole for this fast boy
yes, i was going to log in to say this, alves would be my 2nd choice if we cant get oddo... hes brilliant, amazing control, crossing and dribbling, and hes very pumped up everytime he plays, hes also fast and he showed he can defend aswell

I agree with all of you on Alves. Out of the three - Alves, Reveilliere, Oddo - he would be my first choice as he is not just very, very good but also the youngest of them. Problem, however, is that he's also the most expensive and looks destined to join Barca at the end of this season. And having in mind our frugal policy, I just don't see us going into bidding war for him when we could have Reveilliere or Oddo for much less.
One other "problem" we shouldn't forget though - from next year, there will be new limitations in the CL on the number of foreigners and the number of players who aren't coming from the clubs youth system. This makes Oddo probably our most attractive option of all those above, as he's not just Italian but also is a product of Milan.

I'm not so sure about Alves, i don't see what he has that Reveillere does not. I think the French man is a better defender/tackler also, although granted he's probably not as good at attacking. However, when i've seen Alves he does sometimes just put his head down and runs, almost Baros like ... and anyway he'll be at Liverpool/Barca next season.

I would expect Kalac to be let go, especially with his name being mentioned in those gambling accusations. Plus his role in the team is hardly a key one as many other keepers could perform it.
I personally would sell Abiatti and loan Foggia to Roma as part of a Mancini deal and have Dida as first GK and get Amelia from Livorno as a back up. I think it would be good for Amelia to spend a year getting used to Milan and take over from Dida from the following season.
If Buffon does come to Milan, our second keeper would have to be an older guy - either Dida or someone like Peruzzi or Antoniolli (I think he signed with Juve but if they get demoted, his contract may very well not count).
Also, if Zambrotta comes, Favalli would most probably leave in direction Lazio, maybe as part for a possible deal for Oddo.
My dream is Diarra but a cheap Emerson would give us similar qualities and for only a fraction of that 30 mil Diarra would cost us. Of course that's based on the assumption that Juve get relegated (not likely cause it would be a question of huge investments falling through) and Emerson is available for cheap - hey, it's the "dream" thread, isn't it? ;)
i agree with you, but i doubt we are getting mancini, i dont mind keeping foggia i havent seen him but he had some good reviews and maybe he can become a future star, loaning him out too much may make him want to leave us

Hi to all of you from Greece. I am too sad that Sheva decided to let us and go to Chelsea. We need a lot of players to sign to be very strong the new season. Seitaridis the right back of Greek national team unfortunately signed to Atletico Mardid even though Milan was interested in him. Drogba will be a good replacement for Sheva. Generally speaking the money taken from Sheva's transfer deal must be expended in 3-4 very good players.

milan actually should wait for Juventus to be relegated ( i'm sure of this ) then sign their good players for cheap i.e, Buffon, Cannavaro & Trezeguet. They will come very cheap for players of their class coz lets face it.. no one wants to play for a club in Serie C ( if they do get relegated )

AC Milan are monitoring midfielder Patrick Vieira's situation at Juventus
Vieira has indicated should Juve be thrown out of Serie A this summer, he would rather quit the Turin giants than play in Serie B.
Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has already admitted he wants to sign a ball-winner to play alongside Andrea Pirlo next season and Vieira's potential availability has sparked his interest.
Indeed, a cash-plus-player swap involving Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati is already being considered by San Siro directors.

It is officially announced at www.channel4.com that Milan has booked an offer worth Pounds20k for Fernando Torres. :w155:
here is the quote :
Milan tempt Torres Wednesday 14 June, 2006
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Andriy Shevchenko’s replacement could well be Spain striker Fernando Torres, as Milan line up a £20m swoop.
The Atletico Madrid youngster has been a Rossoneri target for several years now, but the high price-tag and Shevchenko’s presence made the move untenable up until now.
The £30m cash provided by Chelsea for Sheva will prove useful for bringing in the Spaniard, who it’s reported could be tempted into a switch for between £20.5m and £24m.
“I feel that my future depends on this World Cup,” commented Torres, whose contract expires in 2008 with a £60m buy-out clause.
Chelsea and Arsenal are also interested in the 22-year-old, who was his country’s leading scorer in qualifying with seven goals.
Curiously, he’ll be facing off against Shevchenko in this evening’s clash between Spain and Ukraine in Group H.
So, it is just a matter of time before we all konow who will be the striker replacing Shevpound in Milan. :27rr:
Today Spain won 4-0 i saw the first half only. For Torres is a great player but not for Milan, for Real, Manchester may be. I base my opinion on the fact that all Spanish players dont play well in Calcio, they may cannot adjust for example Jose Mari, Xavi Moreno who were great in Primera before and after joining Milan.

well.. last season we didn't have on our team any spanish palyer ! :) so would be good transfering one this season .. better part of our squad is with players from brazil and italy of course !! >> if u'r talking about spanish players who played in the past for Milan i can't answer that question .. Im only 15 and i don't remeber that ! so srry
The conclusion is that at least we want a striker to replace Sheva, a central defender and a diffender to play at wings at least. Gallas shold join Milan because he can help in both places of defense and he wants to come to Milan. I think that the board and Berlusconi will start making transfers after the end of the trial. If we will be in Seri B, things will not be appropriate, if we will stay in first even though taking points from us we will take the championship if Juventus will be regalated. We will also make good transfers, Achelotti must refresh the team not by releasing all players who are old but by leaving less in the squand or by not playing such important role. I heard that Real interested for Kaka, i am a fun of Real in Spain. I visit Bernabeu but my opinion is respect Milan!!!! :3band: :3band: :3band: :3band: :5schal: :5schal: :5schal: :5schal: :3band: :3band: :3band: :3band: :rone: :rone: :rone: :rone: :rone: :rone:

Ronaldinho vs C. Ranaldo
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=9211502662691016798
The biggest problem for AC Milan in Europe now is they have this formidable opponent called Barcelona. And it is these talents like Ronaldinho and Messi that make Barcelona great. So how can we win back our honors as Europe No 1 club if next season we face them again? Buying Ronaldinho or Messi is a solution but we all know it's unpractical. So, IMO, buying C. Ronaldo is a good option. He play well in yesterday WC game againts England, showing some sign of maturity and responsility, and in the end help his country won the difficult match. I like the way he played, can cover in almost all attacking position on the field. Big Phil know full well about his quality and I think he is the most important player for Big Phil on that game. He may have difficulty staying in Man U after the incident with Rooney, and rumours saying that he is heading to Real Madrid.
What I'm thinking now is: Why don't we snap him up at this perfect moment? He won't cost much, since it's known that he want be out of Old Trafford. Milan can help him mature even more. Milan Managment are they aware this? We need flair and young blood and we may have miss the best oppotunnity to overcome Barcelona if we don't act fast!!

C Ronaldo is class i like him great player ... and he was up for it yesterday took on a few he played good and hes young too soo young if milan are gonna sign a quality player its him ...
Cristiano Ronaldo will never be bought by Milan simply becouse our transfer managers and coaches are too smart to buy such an uninteligent player. This man cant do anything at the right time, lacks tactical knowledge, is selfish, doesnt read the game well and so on..... His dribbling is perfect, yes, but he has soooo many unnecesary moves that it is simply ridiculous. Nothing great will ever come out of him. Lets stick to our policy of getting inteligent and tactically perfect palyers like it was in the last 15 years. Camoranesi, Joaquim and some more RW players are way better than him. The man is class dribbler, but nothing more.
c ronaldo is great player :) imo is the biggest talented young-player in world .. before messi - he got moves that only some players have .. you all saw him in WC he can pass away to any player he want to .. Since he camed in Man.utd and showed great talent i always wanted him at milan .. i don't know how you can say that we don't need a player like him in our team .. but anyway i don't think he is going to leave Manchester and then join us -

agree. IMO he is a player who would perfectly fit a team like the Galacticos - lot's of posh without much substance to his game. I am sure they would sell his image well in China, Japan, Thailand or wherever else their circus goes on tour this prep season.
id rather go for a more efficient and cheaper player out there, actually im fine with foggia, we dont really play with wingers, especially on the right but if we need to we can always use foggia

United have tried for 3 years to make him more of a team player but have had little success :(
He still has the potential to be the best player in the world, much like an early Ronaldinho too often did one trick too many at PSG but gradually learnt to pass by his mid 20's, but he wouldnt be cheap at all and could just as easily end up the new Denilson ;)
Also, i dont think utd want to sell him, aside from a few Real potential president quotes (the same guys are promising, Kaka, Robben, Henry etc  ) there isnt much evidence he wants to leave either.

Man U won't sell him, they are not stupids to lose an extraordinay player like him.
today he repeated his desire to join real m. (goal.com) considering that he almost had a fight with rooney, i'd say he's out of utd. but i don't want him at milan. he's great talent, but not that good as a teammate.
seriosly, could you imagine nesta and kaka in that kind of incident, if ITA/BRA game was played?

If Sir Alex has been unsuccessful in improving Ronaldo then there is now Carlo can do it because Fergie is more of a hardass teacher than Carlo. But still he can help us -- by selling jerseys for females :D so don't undermine this fella.
For the people who feel Fergie will never sell him eat this:
"It is totally out of the question. There is no way we would sell him, or any of our best players"
--Sir Alex Ferguson before selling David Beckham 12th April 2003
...and a few days later his transfer to RM was completed. So yeah he will go, this season or probably in the December window and possibly to a mysterious team like RM or Inter.
If we are really thinking of using the wings (I love chiken wings) then we certainly should get simao. There really nothing to say about him. He is simply perfect and someone who has a character of taking up responsibilities during crunch times.
Forget him. He is not CLASS, and a cheat and show-boat like him has no place in our club. The guy does not play for the team, he plays for himself. He dives all over the field and what he did to his "team-mate", Rooney in the England game tells you all about how much he cares about his club. If you reverse the situation, I dont think Rooney or any other Man Utd player would have tried to get him sent off. I dont think Milan is the place for arrogant, young, flashy players with no substance or team ethic. Honestly, I dont think Man Utd is the club for him either. IMO he would fit in well at Madrid---dazzle the crowds and finish third every year.

I had never been a big fan of C. Ronaldo, but thats all changed after the England-Portugal game.
Not that C. Ronaldo shocked me with his skills, but it was his savvy and confidence that made me think he is on his way to be something great. Notice that he is only 22 and was assigned to take the 5th penalty. Then knowing he could win the game with that kick, instead of shivering or worrying, he was full of confidence, I mean the look on his face when he walked toward the spot at least told me, he would bury the shot, and he did just that. That look reminds me of Sheva during the CL Final with Juve. Thats what Milan need, someone who confidence, Savvy and killer instinct, and those will spread among the squad. C. Ronaldo is a must for Milan

I dont think that Cristiano Ronaldo is a good choice for AC MILAN he's so selfish , it dosent mean that he is good if he is confidence but he does not afford anything for teammates , Just Imagine C.Ronaldo doing the same thing to any player of Italian National Team that he done too W.Rooney people in ITALIA would kill him ! So he's Just a little Selfish Piece !

Anyone heard of Carmonesi?

Yeah I agree he did lose the ball a couple of times. But this is probably the reason why lippi plays him:
Worldcup Final Network Analysis
http://www.visualcomplexity.com/vc/project.cfm?id=342
The image “shows the passes from every player to those three team-mates he passes to most frequently.” The size of a players “node” indicates how often he was involved, the strength of the arc indicates how often the pass was made.
Looking at this representation, you can see how often France used their full-backs, why Simone Perrotta was substituted, and how much of Italy’s play went through Andrea Pirlo.
ITA - Most amount of passes: Pirlo - Gattuso, Zambrotta - Camoranesi
FRA - Most amount of passes: Zidane - Malouda, Ribery - Sagnol
They also did the analysis for other matches: (ARG-CIV, CZE-GHA, GER-SWE, and ENG-POR)

Aside from Perrotta, Totti was inefficient as well..

Yeh i think his style of play is quite similar to Cafu's also.
2 years ago , same period Miguel was injured and still at Benfica, Anderlecht beated them 3-0 at home after a 1-1 in Portugal . Miguel : not seen him . Just take a look at Anthony Vandenborre' s technique and qualities , he's the next cafu , nobody else . Btw , Silvio Berlusconi said he couldnt buy Vincent Kompany as he was too costly , Hamburg bought him for 11,5 mil euro + clauses . Lets hope Milan signs him next season as he's the next Maldini .

A few people i have spoken to say he's underated at times. But i think he's really overated..i don't think he's that good at all. But i'm judging this from CL performances and also the World Cup.
I mean his behaviour against Liverpool last season was also pathetic. Does he usually behave so un-professionally like this on the pitch?
I duno if he USED to be good earlier on in his career or not,so is he living off his past reputation or something??
hes very good IMO, but kind of inconsistant plus he tries to do the hard stuff when he could have gone for a simpler and more efficient choice IMO, i dont think we should put him or any player of his type on the top of our list given that we need reinforcements elsewhere, i also dont tihnk were going for him since we just loaned foggia to chievo
messi is the very talent and skillful player..every know the messi ability.MILAN PLEASE BUY MESSI

As much as I lamented about Milan not signing one of the big players from Juventus, I'm glad they didn't. I believe by doing that, Milan shows that they are not raiding a fellow Italian giant in a time of crisis. So, for as much as we could have benefited from Juve's misery, we didn't. We did the right thing. Also, I don't think many people understand what It will mean if Juve's appeal today doesn't succeed. Not having a giant like Juve in A may mean Inter and Roma automatically become contenders, but for Italian soccer it means lower revenue, decrease in viewers, decrease in International fans, and a dead ground for Elite players. So, for you guys who will never root for Juve in any instance, root for Serie A. Root for what is best not only for Milan, but for the beautiful game.

I am fully agree with you mate.... Milan should not
make use the situation like a Condor by eating even her father's dead corpse!!!! Milan have the ethics rather than greediness of good player from someone's misery...but Inter did!!! Look at Moratti's face...he can swallow a big rock through his wide tricky mouth!!!!
I also agree that Calcio in Italy is one of the biggest contributor for the state's income from tax etc. If they totally ruin the league then they wil get only scrappy bones from a fat cow......moreover if Milan being relegated too in the final verdict from Corte Federale!!
I still don't know what will happen to Berlusconi Cup for 2006-2007 season? Will Milan still play Juve?? Do you anything about this?
I'm really glad you agree with me on this point Oldman. For the Berlusconi Cup 2006/2007, I believe it will go on as It really doesn't interfere with either Serie A or B but I'm not 100% certain about it.
