Welcome. Of those three my choice would be Fofana.
I think people generally don't rate Milenkovic as a 40mil player, myself included. But I think this is because people have actually seen him play.
I'm not sure how many people watch St. Etienne games on Sunday afternoons....but youtube makes him seem great, so why not!? I hope our management doesn't scout on youtube like us.
Since I love youtube myself, i'd pick Fofana as well. Haha
But on a more serious note, it comes down to price. There is no way Milenkovic is worth 40. We've all seen him play and there is no way. Kumbulla is at 30, so even though I've only seen Fofana on Youtube, I don't see how Kumbulla omis double the price.

He had a great 1st half of the season to be honest. Then started fading amd was actually awful towards the end of the season. He's grown to be a solid defender....but nothing more then what we have already. It would be a no for me.
I don't think we have ever had any luck re-signing former players, not to mention that Acerbi didn't even have a good first stint.
