I hope we really invest in the CB department. Botman or Bremer will be fantastic. We will then have a CB pairing in the long term. Kjær is becoming old and injury prone, Romagnoli will probably leave, he has an offer half of what he gets today, i cant believe it if he actually says yes to that, Gabbia has potensial, but is not a starter yet, Kalulu can step in, but looks like he is RB back up.

Work your magic MM!
Botman close to being signed apparently. Elliots hand over Lille is assisting the transaction.

Faivre+Botman+ bring Adli in! That's the best January we can hope for Smile
Botman would be a great pickup.
Faivre would be an upgrade and I do think we need to look at bringing Adli back early and/or bringing Pobega back early.

Could do a deal where we recall Pobega and sign Belotti and send them Krunic in return given Belotti would go for Free end of season and same can be said of Pobega(loan ends). We could also speak to Monaco about sending them Pellegri. He gets more consistent game time, They get a potential Belotti replacement that could end up being cheap if they choose to make him permanent while we get a striker who's less Injury prone than Zlatan and Giroud and more experienced than Pellegri.

In the meantime we could work on bringing in Lucca end of season. when he comes, we send him off on loan to another serie A club for a season.

We could also work on selling Kessie now(surely we could get 15-20m for him) and use that money to bring in Sanches end of season(use the Lille-Elliot connection to get them to agree to sell end of season for 25m)

we'd still have RW to sort out and a depth signing for LB but would be well on our way to having a more solid team without having spent huge amounts of money.
Sanches should be priority he's such a good player.
Inter with the new owner will be too strong to handle next season.

We must spend in this winter because this season is the best chance to win a Scudetto.

I like the positive sentiment in this discussion.
Most of you still think this management and owner’s objective is the scudetto, hence they’ll spend accordingly to achieve it. I don’t think that’s the case.
Remember, Pioli’s contract was extended because we reached CL; we signed and loaned back Adli to reduce the price; we gambled on success with low cost attacking players like Pellegri and Messiah; we played the “likable employer” card and lost millions on Donnaruma, and will probably lose on Kessie…
These are not actions of a club investing to achieve immediate success at the highest level. This is an American sport club owner, not a passionate Italian or rich middle easterner. Their goal is sustainable business, which means operating with profit while being in the most lucrative championship. The objective is to get into CL and not spend too much.
So, this January expect low cost alternative to Kjaer, probably some loan. Best case scenario is also getting improvement in the front line; realistically we’ll probably hope for quick recovery of the injured players.
Let’s hope the new year brings a lots of luck and early goals at every game. Happy holidays!
Thanks to participation in the Champions League & stadium revenue in Serie A, on the basis of sponsorship contracts & the forecasts for the second part of the season, Milan are directed to close the financial year with an estimated revenue of €303.5M

Elliot will sell in a year or two. All their perceived objectives have been met.
Most away goals in 2021 (#UEFA's 'Top 5' leagues): 53: Man City  52: AC Milan 51: Liverpool 47: Atalanta 46: Bayern Munich 45: Napoli

Milan are interested PSG CB/LB Abdou Diallo. Milan would like to take Diallo on loan and negotiate purchase in June.
Milan are looking too make a bid on Brest RW Romain Faivre. The club asks for €15M.

Maldini has set a price tag of at least €40M to sell Pobega. He expects Pobega to be apart of Milan's future.
AC Milan scouts have recommended 23year old Brazilian Forward Arthur Cabral who plays for FC Basel.

Non-Milan news, Allegri has rejected a swap with Barcelona Morata for Depay. Allegri prefers Origi, Icardi or Aubameyang.

How has Depay faired ? If he is available maybe we cam swap him with our Bosnian player of the year.
