Barcelona are not interested in Caldara.
Pioli can only fix/use Caldara if he has no injuries, but the chance of that happening is 0.0001%. €36.4m thrown out the window. Actually even worse, they went to Juve...
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan's transfer budget could be in the region of €100m, and the permanent signing of Fikayo Tomori remains the Rossoneri's priority.
Milan saved money in January despite having a budget to buy new players. They will also increase their transfer budget thanks to the Champions League qualification and by selling some of their players and saving money from their wages.
If only!

Actually, I was joking about Caldara to Barca!

I thought so, didn't even have to check. It's easy to start a rumour.

If only we qualify for CL, not a sure thing just yet even if we are in a good position.
Rumors growing about Hysaj on free. He's a good player for sure, but wasn't he the one that recently got sent hone from training for poor attitude? Also, I remember (i think) a few instances where he clashed with Gattuso and other prior to Gattuso over playing time.
That type of stuff always concerns me...
Still more speculation about Donnarumma. Now they're saying Juve could be behind the situation by offering him 12-13 million per year.

To be honest I thought he would have signed by now. The fact that he hasn't, in spite of being offered the highest salary of any player on the team, twice our salary cap, is really starting to make me question his commitment to the club. At this point I think it's up to him and Raiola to budge. I don't see how the club can reasonably do more to keep him.

I agree with your second paragraph. Again, this is based on rumors. Before I get attacked again, I'd like to say again.....they might not be correct.
But I just don't believe that 1st paragraph. I read that as well and couldn't help but call bullsh!t on it. Juventus is having a host of issues financially themselves. They are actually thinking of offloading some of their big earners (D.Costa, Ramsey, even Ronaldo). So them paying Donnarumma 12mil is questionable. However, I don't doubt that they'll pay a huge agent fee to Raiola. For them (or any other club), it's an easier decision to do that. Think of it as a transfer fee. When else will they be able to obtain a GK of Donnarumma's stature and talent for 25mil? Likely never, unless on expiring contract again. So for a club looking to get Donnarumma, this is super simple. The money going to Raiola will be thought of as a transfer fee (which would otherwise be at least double that). Then the wages to the player are just that...wages. This is where I think Juve's problem will come. But who knows.
This is why I think Raiola is whoring Gigio out there. He knows that expiring contracts are a goldmine. I just hope that Donnarumma calls end to all the shenanigans at some point.
I still truly believe that if we make the CL, he will sign. The problem is that we may not know that until May. So just strap on and watch the drama for now I guess.
Honestly Donna is making himself and Raiola look bad. I like how it says we are looking to close out relations with Raiola.
As the season goes on and we see the weaknesses of our squad, the more I think 8mil salary on this buffoon and his agent is wasted instead of signing two pretty players (good wingers/CF) with 4mil salaries on the free.
You just can’t monetize commercially off a GK than a player who scores. I imagine Elliott sees this point.
