Pobega is about to sign a DRY loan with Torino.

This should be a good move for him.
Pobega needs another year under his belt and then he'll be ready to come back to use like Pessina did for Atalanta.
We need to really learn to not get rid of our young players. Loans are fine but we really f'ed up selling players like Pessina, Locatelli etc, like what did we really have to lose if we loaned them out?

Cherry on top even the ones we kept to prove themselves like Dollarumma left for free. Is it just me or are we the ONLY club that does this so often

That Faivre guy was supposed to be a world class star but at 23 he needs the big move. I would totally take the gamble on him if he isn't over 15-20m
Bottom line : uefa, fifa , greedy managers, pussy players, naive sportive directors, killed football.

ESL wouldn't have done that more bad

Locatelli want to leave and refuse to have a buyback option. Now he proclaim to be a juve fan. I am glad to see the end of this guy.

Pessina was a mistake, just like buying Conti.

Donnarumma is greedy and I am glad we don't have to deal with him anymore. Nobody will pay him what he want together with a transfer fee so we have to get real. If we offer him the money he want then we will be stuck with him forever.

Players are not commodities that we buy and sell as we please. They are human beings, stop thinking that we can sell them as we please. They need to agree to personal terms as well. Greedy players will refuse to sign a new contract just to run down the contract and get better wages elsewhere.
Agree. Locatelli was a bitch.
Pessina???....come on now! Nobody would have kept him at the club back then. He was mediocre then and he's mediocre now. He had an above average season last year, i get that. But so what? If he's here, he'd play once every month. No different then Samu, but people think the grass is always greener elsewhere.

We have to remember, sometimes these players don't want to be loaned out. And they don't wanna stay. You have to do right by the player, but you have to also take care of the club.
just thought of something random (maybe not belong here, so my apologies)

When asked why Kessie didn't want to take the #19 back after Bonucci left, didn't he say that he didn't want to do that because fans wouldn't need to waste their money to buy another jersey?

If he truly is a greedy mofo, he certainly did an excellent job hiding it for this long. Now maybe we are just now missing that lost jersey sale revenue to meet his salary demand. /s

I think people are making too big of a deal with the whole "greedy" label. Just because a player wants his fair market value does not make him "greedy". At the end of the day, we probably are all working. If you are presented two offers for your services, one is 30% higher than the other, how many of us would take the lower offer? I get it, it is still a lot of money for Kessie even if he accepts our offer (compared to what we make), but his career is also much shorter and his life style is much more expensive, so he needs a lot more money than we do. If Kessie is worth 8M but he wants 15M, then he is greedy; but if he is worth 8M and he wants 8M, that's just fair game. And frankly speaking, asking him to turn down 8M a year to accept our offer of...5.5M isn't really even that fair of an ask.

It's not about fairness though. Football is very different than my and your job. Why? Cause only a few can afford to pay the 8 million. Within my field of work the pay is almost same across the board, no matter the company. Of course he is free to accept more, but then bunch of rich clubs will have 50 player squad size while the rest can't find players to fill their squads. It is not by scouting or smart football building that a team like Chelsea has dozens of players on loan, it is money.
Juve get circa €30m including bonuses for Ronaldo who has a contract expiring in a year.

How much will Milan get for Kessie?...
