All of them IMO should only given 4 mil euros (right now) if they want to prolong their contract.

Inter has spend quite a lot of money on transfers and wages to build a really strong squad over the past few years but they still crash out of UCL at the first stage.

We should be giving gradual pay rise with 2 years extension to avoid a big jump in pay request.

Pessina is a no brainer. Quality player and would come at a good price.

I still don't understand our management obsession over Dalot. I already mentioned before he arrive that he is really an average player from his time in Premier league and he has shown that he is nothing more than average during his one season but still we are trying to get him even when he has a high price tag. Keep Kalulu as backup for RB and get Firpo for backup LB and let Dalot stay in Man U. He is really nothing special.

Problem is, it is extremely to build a team that is both cheap and consistently delivering good results. If we let go of all our top players because of wage demands, like Donna, Hakan, Kessie, Bennacer, Roma and whoever else, we have to have cheap and young talent ready to take over their places or else we will crash out of the top four in Serie A again. And let's face it, we, as a team have had a very challenging time developing young talent. Guys like Piatek, Paqueta, Leao, Tonali and others joined us as top notch talent and none of them ended up amounting to anything in the end. That is why we need to figure out who amongst our core we want to keep, and pay them, then let the rest go to avoid having to pay them.
Re : Dalot.
While I don't rate him as a starter, but as a sport starter for 7-10 games or so in a season he's fine to spell Calabria. Also, we can bring Dalot for a more defensive minded formation to protect a lead for the last 10-15 minutes. I read somewhere that Pioli will be trying Kalulu mainly as CB next season, so I'm expecting Romagnoli to leave actually so we'll need either a backup RB or another CB. If we can get Dalot for cheap (option to buy is fine, but I heard ManU wanted obligation to buy), we should go for him. He's cheap, and we know his quality at the very least.
James, if true we can get for 10m, we should go for him. Especially if he's willing to slash his wages to under 4m/season. Unless we can get Pessina for less than 10m (unlikely with Atalanta rating him quite highly).
We still need another RW and the names mentioned are not cheap. I like Berardi, but no way he's leaving Sassuolo for less than 25m. We can't afford another 25m at this point in time (Elliott can, but the FFP implication means we can't). I think we should be bracing ourselves with another season with no contribution from RW.
Dalot was very good last night. At the right price we should get him. He is versatile and he is a known quality and I am guessing he is willing to fight for a starting place
