Honour ????? , it would be the honourable thing to leave where you are not wanted he wants the $$$ same as Kala , its bad form I know they just want the money as does everyone else...but even they do move that wont be much of a transfer budget.
and we dont make contracts with the option to just terminate. because if kaladze wants to b e ***** about this i would just terminate him.
The club fcked up by giving the contracts, there's nothing they can do if the players wait till next season, but it's not a case of honour or pride to stay in a clubn when you don't play, it's only money, and nobody can blame them. Blame the management.
Just saw Switzerland 0 - 1 Chile, and was impressed by some of chile players.
Alexis Sanchez, if milan want to continue with formation of two winger, maybe Milan should buy Sanchez to right flang (Ronnie stays on the left) and Pato will play in the centre as Forward (just like he need to be), but can some one tell me how much Alexis Sanchez worth? because he is really great, fast and technical.
The other is Mauricio Isla, wing back, I think he will be great Zambrotta replacement.
They are both from Udinese so that mean they would play good together (and on the same flang) and the deal could be easier.
And I also remember that Arsenal was linked with Stephan Lichtsteiner, ad his price tag was 8-10 Millions, he is so great so why Milan will not buy him?
http://www.goal.com/en/news/10/italy/2010/06/21/1987791/barcelona-striker-zlatan-ibrahimovic-asks-agent-to-help-him-join-
oh come on!!!
Pay Ibra 6,7 mln and 100% out of marketing etc. He'll come in here... Or let Berlu pay his wages and that is it
Lets see our Fernando tonight :)

I think Ibra would accept a lower salary nowadays to be able to play as a starter in a club qualified in CL. The problem is to buy him to Barcelona.
I always knew Torres was overrated, but this is getting ridiculous :)
Oh and by the way, if I understood this article about Ibra correctly, it says he would be exchanged for Pato....so big NO !!!!!! to that.
I always knew Torres was overrated, but this is getting ridiculous :)
What ?
While I disagree with the "overrated" part, what do you speak about ?
I don't know if you're watching Spain-Honduras. If you do, you should know the answer :) he missed some great opportunities to score.

For Milan the problem is to pay for water and electricity so... :)

After a season made of injuries and games in a team in crisis, after his last injury (it's just his come back, I'm quite sure that the coaches of Spain try and planned to make him ready for the next round, not this game nor the next one), it is normal to see him missing chances.
It's even obvious that he can't make any impact when he has the ball (can't sprint properly with the ball).
It's like saying that Kaka' has been overrated for years, and that this season, he just proved it in Madrid.
For Milan the problem is to pay for water and electricity so... :)
The last rumour is that the club decided to sell/stop paying for a villa where transfers are negotiated !! We're homeless !! :D
Geo, as I said, "I always knew he was overrated". I did not create that opinion based on this game.
But really, injured or not, for someone who is supposedly worth 50M, he should score AT LEAST that header.

And Ronaldo, bought 90M by Madrid, hadn't score for 1 year with Portugal ...
Let Torres be back with a good physical condition, and then with some confidence, he will start scoring again.
I can bet that he will miss 2-3 chances in this second half. But at least, even by being in such a condition, he still has these chances ...
Anyway, like it is the mercato thread: TMW reports that the Primavera players won't be co-owned anymore. It will be a loan or nothing to avoid new Borriello, Abate, Paloschi or Astori episodes.

Kaladze is holding Milan hostage for giving him a luxurious contract?
Has this idiot forgot who Milan's boss is? Does this guy seriously want to play it like this with Berlusconi? Didn't Kaladze ask Berlusconi to talk to Putin to pull of Georgia and Berlu did that?
Berlusconi should tell Putin to invade Georgia again and blame it on Kaladze. After scoring a double of own-goals for his national team against Italy, I think that he will be the most hated person in the world.

Yeahh lets invade the entire country because our mgm was stupid enough to give him a huge contract in the first place. :d33:

he just barely came back from injury 1 game ago and cut his liverpool campaign short to have surgery and play for spain genius he's not mega man ....
Exactly. And for 50M he should be. Now, if we're talking about 25...

Well, I ignore all this crazy talk about Ibra and all these so called big players.
I definitly like the possibility of signing of Amelia, really always wanted him at Milan from his Livorno days, I know he is 28 now and disappeard for the last couple of years but I believe he can get back into the game.
I like to see Galliani deal more with small name players but good players, like Sanchez from Udinese or Montolivo, in defence Ranocchia, Santacroce?, then Hamsik, maybe even scrap up a deal with Juve for Diego, they dont want him anymore, because of that 4-4-2.

So Torres is over-rated but Dzeko is not since he does not even have a chance to show his skills in the WC to be call over-rated.
I guess Cesc is also over-rated too, b/c he rarely starts for Spain.
Pato is another over-rated player since he did not even make it into the Brazil squad.
Rooney is another over-rated player b/c he has been missing chances.
To top it all, the Golden Boot in Europe and Best player in the World Messi is also over-rated b/c he has 0 goals but at least 15 chances in the WC.

Well this transfer Campaign is difficult, for many teams but most of all for the Italian teams. Juventus thought they built their squad last year, but failed miserably. Inter now has a new coach, but players who want to follow Mourinho. Milan, don't even have an official coach nor do we know what system we'll use. Anyways, here's what I'd prefer:
-------------------Storari--------------------------
--Antonini----Nesta--T.Silva-----Michel Bastos---
-----------Pirlo------Lassana Diarra/M.Diarra/Flamini----
-------Pato--------Diego-----Ronaldinho---------
-------------------Dzeko---------------------------
4-2-3-1.. Pirlo and one of L Diarra/MDiarra/Flamini in holding position. Pato and Ronaldinho on wings with Diego as the trequartista, and big Dzeko up top. That's a scary team in my opinion. Diego may not be wanted @ Juventus in a 4-4-2 and he's a great player who would love to play with fellow Brazilians.
SUBS:
ST: Inzaghi, Huntelaar, Borriello, Adiyah, Verdi
MID: Flamini, Ambrosini, Abate, Strasser
DEF: Onyewu, Zambrotta, Rannochia, Bonera
GK: Amelia, Roma
OUT/SOLD: Dida, Abbiati, Favalli, Kaladze, Jankulovski, Oddo, Seedorf, Gattuso, Beckham, and Huntelaar
Realistically we need 4-5 new starters, and another 2-3 on the bench. I think my lineup requires 65-75 Million Euros, and after you sell the dead weight you can make around 30-35 which leaves 30-40 million of additional spending which could make this team a possible Champion... This is what's needed. It's not asking too much. The team is old, and we've made a lot of money selling Kaka, Shevchenko, and not buying anyone new in years.
Any thoughts?????

Personally I think two of Pirlo, Seedorf and Dinho should not be play together in the same team. As all three of them lacks movement on the pitch and lacks the will to track back to defend.

Elmago, my only thoughts are that you seem like this is your first summer as a Milan fan....obviously, you haven't been here for too long and you don't know the management well enough to mistaken them to be that ambitious.....
Honestly I don't think we need to splash that much cash as I do like 'smaller' players like Lazzari (I think he will be a fan favourite next year), Santacroce, Andrea Masiello (great Italian RB for Bari). I really am kinda pissed we are looking for Otamendi and Miranda when there are young Italian players with Serie A experience such as Bonucci, Ranocchia, and Santacroce. I really will never understand why Italians never trust in their own players as I think these 3 are much better than any defender out there available in the market right now.
First things first though, we need to sell Kaladze, Oddo and Janku before anything. It also is increasingly likely that Dida will sign on for two more years for a contract less than 1m/season. He doesn't deserve that, as I remember he was holding us hostage to his 4m/season contract and did not want to leave anywhere just like Kaladze and Janku now. We also need to get Allegri in the building asap so we know what to plan for the future and what lineup to play.
It is rumored that Allegri likes Flamini alot and he will be indispensable to his formation. Flamini is one of those so-called modern players that put in 110% effort and can attack and defend, I also see Allegri favouring such players and benching the lazy ones like Seedorf and Ronaldinho.
Amelia will sign for Milan and Storari to Juve today.
Does anyone know when are we meeting Juve for discussing any transfer objectives? I remember them liking Boriello a few weeks ago, would you guys like a Boriello swap for Giovinco?
Rossoneri Fuego
22-06-2010, 00:57
nope you dont sacrafise your target men , who would we be our classic target man? klass zigoni lol? im okay with trying zigoni but first we need to get the players ...

No, when you sell Borriello, obviously I'm hoping for a replacement.
Ideally, I'd like to get rid of Borriello and Hunter, and get in one wide man and one CF. The idea is Borriello/Giovinco swap, Hunter/Dzeko swap (maybe a lil more cash). I might get hard if we also do a Ronaldinho/Robinho swap.
If Dzeko is ridiculously expensive, bring in Ibra instead :D
Other news:
- We are being heavily linked with Sevilla's Brazilian left back Adriano (25 years old) and they are looking for a replacement
- We are amongst 4 other Italian clubs being linked with Hertha Berlin Serbian midfielder Kacar
- Wolfsburg sell Misimovic --> Atletico Madrid for 12 mil (I think this also means they're going to cash in Dzeko after a poor season)

No offence but this team is very wishful thinking:grinser:....Don't get me wrong. This is a great squad. But in all reality we might only get Lassana Diarra out of those players. Oh yeah, and Storari going to Juve seems more certain then Allegri coming to Milan, so replace him with either Abbiatti or Amelia.
For full-back, I see Nicholas Outamendi (CB/FB, versatile) or even Drenthe as realistic targets, but I would love Bastos.
My hopes are we can bag a player who performs well at the World Cup to follow the tradition of Onyewu and Addiyah. Neither have feautured yet, so pls reserve judgement about these kinds of buys. If Abbiatti leaves as well, we can always go for the nigerian Keeper.

Fenerbahce linked with an 18m euro move for Huntelaar.
Yes please.
However more recent reports report that Hunter has refused the offer.
Other news:

- When T.Silva was asked about City he replied "I want to stay at Milan until I'm 40"

Oh and by the way, if I understood this article about Ibra correctly, it says he would be exchanged for Pato....so big NO !!!!!! to that.
Torres is coming off a long injury layoff and an operation so NO he is not overrated.
And I guess the last 3 seasons in EPL , not to mention the CL and the last European Championships in 08 dont count , well if Torres is overrated Dzeko is useless by your thinking.

Touche , but while I dont think either is overrated , all Dzeko has done is score a few goals in the champions league and some for Bosnia , Torres too champions league goals EPL goals and some great performances in the 08 Euros including the winning goal in the final.I just think calling Torres overrated and saying see I was right is ricockulous neither are and its weird to say Torres is.
my god... people actually saying how TORRES is overrated! Few days before how Krasic sucks coz they saw him in 90min once in their lives. Horrible...
Fabiano said he'll be a Milan player, which means Milan will sell Hunter and again spend 0 on new player when it all comes together.
If Torres is overrated then Pele is the only player that is worth something, plus our Maldini.

Torres might be a tad over-rated because he plays in Liverpool, but I would say the same things about Gerrard or Lampard, and other EPL players. However, I still think Torres is a fantastic player and one that truly is one of the world's best strikers, whether he is one of the greats, like Van Basten or something, is another issue all together.
I would not want Torres in Milan because he's from Spain. I don't know if he would succeed in Serie A or with Milan. That would be my hesitancy. There's something about Spanish players in Italy and Italian players in Spain that just doesn't work right.
Dzeko, on the other hand, has done far more than "score a few goals." He has been fantastic not only when Wolfsburg were winning the Bundesliga last year, but also while Wolfsburg were struggling this year. Not just goals (top scorer this year) but also quite a few assists. Dzeko is underrated because he's from Bosnia. If he was playing for Portugal or England, people would be going crazy over him.
Torres is a fantastic and exciting player, but not someone I'd like at Milan, for economic and tactical reasons. I see why some people are saying Torres is overrated, though I do not agree completely, however, I think if he was from a country other than Spain, I don't think we would care about him as much.
As for Milan's moves in the transfer market, I'm not sure what to believe. Thiago Silva saying that he wants to stay until he's 40 is fantastic. Marco Amelia excites me. It seems Zambrotta is actually getting back to his best. If Amelia comes to us, that means Dida rumors can end, while we seem to be working to take Astori back.
I think the management is actually trying. I'm not sure if I want Fabiano for Huntelaar, mostly because of his age, not his ability. Yes, I think that at 29-30, we need to look for younger players. Its amazing how with a new player, we don't care about the age, but when its a player that actually plays for us, than we go "Oooh Ronaldinho is 30 and he is finished!"
If we're going to sell Huntelaar, I say we should buy Dzeko. Though it seems that loans are the way that we're going to go, which I'm fine with. I just hope we can offload Janku and Kaladze, who should show some loyalty to the club. While I argue that giving out long contracts is not necessarily a bad thing, it is Milan's responsibility to take care and honor its contracts. But these contracts were rewarded and given out of a loyalty Milan has to its players. These players should reciprocate this sort of loyalty, and I do not think they are doing that by blocking moves.
No one really is talking about this Marco Amelia business, isn't this the sort of younger keeper that we wanted?

when you read my posts with attention instead of hatred, i may dignify you with an answer.
to the rest: i did not say torres is a bad player. not at all. he is in the top 5-7 strikers in the world, IMO. But people here drool over him like he's some kind of Pele/Maradona/Eusebio, all in one person. he is way overhyped for his skills.
and, for the tenth time, my opinion is NOT based solely on yesterday's game, that game is only an example.
btw Dzeko is, as of now, a better player.
now go on in your ignorant ranting.

HOw can you say that Torres is over-rated if you admit he is a top 5-7 strikers in the world?
Nobody is saying Torres is Pele/Maradona..... All people, myself included are saying that he is one of the top striker in the world and any fans, any managers, any coaches and any team would love to have Torres playing for them instead of against him without worrying about transfer budget.
Is Dzeko a better striker than Torres at this moment, the answer is no. He could be if Torres remain at his level now.
To me, I would rather have Torres playing with Pato in the MIlan attack than Dzeko and Pato. As Torres and Pato are probably the fastest strikers pair I could think of and I doubt any Serie A teams have the speed to catch them in Counter.
speed doesnt always count for something
positioning and heading can grab the world to
fabiano is amazing tonight..
even better than henry :P
Personally I think two of Pirlo, Seedorf and Dinho should not be play together in the same team. As all three of them lacks movement on the pitch and lacks the will to track back to defend.
it's really harsh to put Pirlo in the same category as those two regarding movement & effort!!!

as I said overrated doesn't mean that he is bad, just that he is not that good as people rate him. for example, i'd never say pippo (nowadays) is overrated, but that doesn't mean he is great.
Yes, Torres' achievments so far in his career are far greater than Dzeko's, there's no denying that. But I'd argue that it has nothing to do with skills, but with the fact that Torres plays for Spain, and Liverpool, while Dzeko plays for lowly Bosnia (which made the biggest success with him as a leader, and ALMOST qualified for wc with players like Hasagic, Jahic, Ibricic and Muratovic in first 11), and Wolfsburg (you are familiar with his success there, I'm sure).
EDIT: while torres is certalinly faster and quicker than Dzeko, I'd argue that we need Dzeko's attributes much more (shot with both feet, tall, great header, ability to play wide and run into defenders, ability to hold the ball without losing it...)

Silvio Berlusconi Rules Out Milan Sale, Adriano Galliani Tells Barcelona's Zlatan Ibrahimovic There's No Room At The Inn
Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has sent a clear message that his club is not for sale, while Adriano Galliani has said the transfer market is open for business, but not for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Rossoneri have been marked for sale by reports in Italy with Arab investors ready to generate a mega takeover.
However, Berlusconi has said Milan are not short for money, and thus no sale is necessary.
"First you would have to see if there is someone really passionate about Milan ready to invest €50 million per annum like my family has done every year," he told Oggi magazine.
"Then, Milan is the club that has won the most trophies in the world, more than Bernabeu's Real Madrid.
"Thanks to Milan I am the most successful club president in the history of football."
Galliani says the times of major spending are gone, leaving little room for Ibrahimovic.
"Ibrahimovic? Impossible. He costs too much. Plus the financial system in Spain is better," he told Sky Sport Italia.
"In Spain there is a more favourable tax regime. Barcelona pays a lower [tax] than an Italian team. So it is impossible he could return to Italy. It's not conceivable that he would reduce his salary."
There is a chance for Luis Fabiano though.
"Will Luis Fabiano play for Milan? I hope so. I spoke to him last year, but the move didn't happen. He has impressed me the most at the World Cup," he concluded.
"He could be the new purchase, but if he doesn't leave [Sevilla] then he can't arrive :5milan: :dontkn:

IMO Dzeko at the same stage of career is a more rounded player.

I did not think Torres for Spain or Atletico was ever close to World Class, however at Liverpool he proved me wrong. I agree with Tony that Dzeko at 23 is better than Torres at 23, but I agree with the others than Dzeko is not world class yet and I dont know if he will get there, but Torres is there right now (despite him being a very injury prone player -- which takes alot away from his 'world class'ness)
Although he never got more than 20 a season in the defensively poor Spanish league, and was a regular penalty taker too.

Actually, Torres will maybe be one of the biggest waste in the history of football ... the guy has it all (talent, physical skills, smartness on the pitch and in his moves), but he has also always been injury prone, and it becomes worse each year since he is in England.

Actually, Torres will maybe be one of the biggest waste in the history of football ... the guy has it all (talent, physical skills, smartness on the pitch and in his moves), but he has also always been injury prone, and it becomes worse each year since he is in England.
Don't think he could be considered a bigger waste than Fabiano imo. Fabiano at the moment is just amazing, and has always been amazing, but his crazy character has always kept him down.
Anyways, really hope we end up getting Fabiano. He might be 29, but he's one of the best strikers in the world at the moment, and his contract expires next year. It's not that often an opportunity like this comes.
Speaking of opportunities, this has got to be one of the summers in recent years with most genuine top strikers available (At least in terms of name), due to the crazy spending and poor planning from certain clubs last season. Robinho and Ibrahimovic both want out more or less. Benzema and Adebayor are both surplus at their club more or less, while Higuain might become surplus. Fabiano's contract expires next season, and players like Dzeko wants to move on.
That's alot of opportunities to get strikers in my opinion, not sure we'd have this many options next season.

There is not an "Official" headline, but this is almost true. He is still a world champion (well, Italy, please win next match to prolong this champion status :D)
Torres is fast skillful can score with his head can shoot with BOTH YES BOTH feet , is also 6'1 so he's tall too , he carried Atletico for years and they were pretty bad and as was said before the last Euro's Spain were only a decent team who underachieved.
Dzeko iz 7 centimetres taller, at 192cm. Much stronger too.
You can't possibly compare Spain's team with Bosnia, even before Euro, or ever.

I will tell you what guys get off the case about Bosnia.
Second, Dzeko is turning into a great player future Ibra. Now having said that, he is not worth 40 million. I m Bosnian, I wish he was worth 100 mil but he is not. I would pay max 25 for Dzeko. Because he is a risk, just like any other player. Look at Kaka, he was magic with us, Real paid 70 mil and now what he has never bin the same since.
Anyway in my eyes no players is worth more than 30 mil no matter how good he is, and no player should make more then 5 mil salary. I dont care who it is. :)

I just want to say that seeing what has been said on this forum, it seems pretty clear that because Dzeko is Bosnian that he becomes under rated.
If he was from any other country, we would be CRAZY not to get him.
People want Fabiano who's 29 (all most 30) while Dzeko is like 23 (?) and the top scorer of the Bundesliga. I don't think the fact that he's from Germany makes a difference. I think players from the Bundgesliga are the safest, Diego messing up in Juventus is not because of him. The entire Juve squad decided to go and be terrible.

Based on what I read here on this forum, I think it is quite the opposite to what you said. I think vast majority of people want Dzeko over Fabiano for the reasons you listed (age, skill set, potential and etc.). When people say that Dzeko is a risk, they don't mean that in terms of "he is a risky player, so let's not spend money on him" type of thing. What they are trying to say is that every player carries a certain level of risk, Dzeko is no exception to that rule.

Milan To Meet With Cagliari Midfielder Andrea Lazzari Over Possible Transfer
The Rossoneri are interested in the attacking midfielder...
Cagliari midfielder Andrea Lazzari will reportedly be having a meeting with Milan officials over the coming days to discuss a possible transfer to the Rossoneri.
New Diavoli boss Massimilano Allegri does not want to deprive himself of the 25-year-old, and wishes to bring him to via Turati, according to Milannews.it. Lazzari has also been a target of the Italian giants for several seasons.
A player-plus-cash exchange deal may be put on the table for the attacking midfielder, with central defender Elia Legati set to be offered to the Isolani.
Pierpaolo Bisoli - who has taken over from Allegri at the Rossoblu - is said to be keen on the stopper.

NObody is saying Dzeko is under-rated. But transfer fees and wages aside, if Ibra, Fabinao, Torres, Dzeko and Robinho are available and all of them want to come to Milan, but Milan can only sign one of them.
I think Dzeko will probably be the last from the list to play in Milan. Not b/c he is not from a football powerhouse country, it is mainly b/c he is not as good as guys like Torres, Ibra, Robinho and Fabinao.
As for Torres getting injured all the time, have you watch Pool over the last few seasons, the way Torres was used game in and game out, anyone would have got injured.
I guess it is just different opinions then. Out of the list, I like Dzeko the most and I do believe that he will be the most useful for Milan.

Point I am trying to make is that if all are free and will cost MIlan the same amount of money. I think most will choose Ibra or Torres or Fabinao, as they will help MIlan right away and less risk.

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi Hints At Big Signing, Reports Claim It's Barcelona's Zlatan Ibrahimovic Berlusconi promises to invest...
President Silvio Berlusconi has told Milan a top class player may arrive this summer, and the finger is being pointed at Barcelona ace Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
CEO Adriano Galliani rejected the idea on Tuesday when he made it clear Ibrahimovic was an "impossible" target, claiming Luis Fabiano was an easier, economically viable option.
However, Berlusconi has said he is not afraid to dig deep and provide the funds for an affluent transfer.
"Milan will return to be great and a winning side and they will do this soon," Berlusconi told Oggi magazine.
"Despite the period of crisis, if there is a chance to sign a big champion then I will not hold back, the Italians would understand the sacrifice."
Berlusconi's words have led Tuttosport to report Milan will ignite a move for Ibrahimovic.
Rather than pay his transfer fee all in one go, agent Mino Raiola is said to be working on an installment deal in which Milan would pay Barcelona €18 million each year over a three-year period.
The alternative still remains Luis Fabiano, who opened the door to Milan when reports claimed he told friends he wanted to go there.
Galliani responded and said he "hoped" Fabiano would join his club. That speech was met with enthusiasm by the player's agent, who said a deal was "a possible solution".
www.goal.com please holy mother let this be true!
Didn't Galliani always say that Luis Fabiano is a world class striker ? So this striker could be Luis Fabiano, why trying to give other names ? :D
Anyway, Luis Fabiano + Ibrahimovic in Milan, joining Borriello and Pato, it could be a devastating attack, couldn't it ?! Just thinking ... won't happen !!

I don't think it's a big transfer, but I think he's a useful keeper. Most importantly for him, he's never had the chance to show his value in one of Italy's top teams for now and confirm himself as one of the top Italian keepers, so I'm certain he sees this as a massive opportunity to further his career.

Maybe yes, but that why it's good to just get him on loan for a season (worst we can expect is Abbiati being first choice, which for me is fine).
I wouldn't really add Bonera to that list, as for me he's never reached his potential (mainly down to injury), rather than being just an average player.
Welcome Amelia,

We lost Storari who is better than any of current bunch.
We messed up in not signing Loris last season.
The club is a mess. Plain and simple.
Here is my plan. Sell Abbiati (he whines too much), and release Roma (perhaps useless), then re-sign Dida (no, I am not kidding) for a year for 1 million at most. Then promote someone younger.
... and bet on Amelia as our No.1. :D The worst, we re-use Dida for another year, and you know what, as crazily inconsistent he is, I rate him higher than anyone else (yes, including Storari).
OK. I might be crazy, :D but that's truly how I think. :)

First of all Hitman and others...
I am giving MY transfer campaign if I was Galliani or Berlusconi. $30-35 Million NEEDS to be spent if this team is to challenge for Scudetto or Champions League.
- We NEED a Left Back... Antonini and Zambro can fight it out for RB
- Silva and Nesta in middle but eventually we'll need a new ITALIAN defender (Ranocchia, Santacroce, etc)
- we need a CM... Gattuso finished.. Pirlo almost finished...that's why look at Lassana, or a Toure Yaya or a M. Diarra...one of the three.
- Ronaldinho/Robinho swap.. I wouldn't mind it..I like Ronaldinho but I dont know if he'll fit into a system. Because he plays wide left and never defends, it's hard to play with certain formations. You can't play 4-4-2..you can't play 4-3-1-2..only Xmas Tree or 4-2-3-1...
- Lastly.. I would Sell Borriello to Chelsea for 17 Million Pounds...
Then, sell Hunter for $18M to Turkish Club
Then take that money and buy Dzeko and promote a striker from Primavera....DZEKO IS KEY TO THE FUTURE
If they're not willing to make serious investments in 3 positions.. we'll finish 3rd again..I can guarantee you...
Lastly.. This is NOT my first summer being a Milan fan. I've been a Milan fan since 2000....
if...we'll finish 3rd again
We hope...

All paper talk but if we got the 4.5 for Kala 20 for Dinho and 17 for Marco , thats 41.5 million and surely there is 20 million anyway.
But there is no mention of Dzeko actually hasnt been any link between Milan and Edin in months , so maybe he is a no go.And all that mentioned above while giving me hope I dont think L.A have 20 million for 1 player + Dinhos wages , and Chelsea are hardly going to spunk 17 million on Marco , and Kala refuses to leave...we are so close but yet so far away.

If Cristiano Ronaldo was available, so is Montolivio...but Fiorentina will play hardballs, plus he is having a decent WC so nothing short of 20 mil for him.
I honestly believe we can purchase both Hernanes and Jucilei for that amount . (or maybe add extra 2-3 mil) Which to me is much better deal.

Ive also read they offered 18 million for Bastos and then there was Krasic and Di Maria and Bonicci they have been linked to everyone like us , + 18 million is the amount that Lyon paid for Bastos last summer so that seems stupid.
Montolivo is good but will be 20 million + , if we could get Hernanes and Jucile for that say 20 - 23 million then go ahead , but we are having trouble getting Fabiano for 12 - 15 million we have to sell to buy which is mad , I hope its a tactic that we have no money so teams dont try and rob us and we get 3 starters and a good backup for defece I hope.

Maybe Amelia forgot that before thinking about making an assist, he has to stop the ball, during these few years ?
Anyway, having a GK who is able to launch the counters (not like Dida who had to keep the ball for 10 minutes before deciding where to send it) can be quite interesting with guys like Pato and ... well, with guys like Pato. :D
On TMW, they report that the offer for Huntelaar is 18M. Let's say we have an initial transfer budget of 15M: with Storari out for 4.5-5M (depends on the sources ?) and Huntelaar maybe leaving for 18M, that gives us almost 40M to spend this summer !! We could even have a little more as Berlusconi promised a coup on the mercato this summer, so ...
The only problem with that is that we'll need to replace the gone players, and depending on who will possibly come, we could just have enough money to replace them and not buying anyone else ... :(

I honestly think Montolivo is one of the most overrated Italian midfielders around. His playing position is a role in which he needs to dictate play and dominate games. However, far too often, he disappears during matches and fails to starts plays.
Playing further up the field he could be useful, but again he likes time to pick passes or shots which you don't always get high up the field. He's a talented player who could be great, but until he starts to dictate games he will never reach his potential.
Well, i think in the end Kala will go to loan (better than to see him in Milan)Jankuu leaves, Oddo stayes (i personally like him, he is good player), I hate Luis Fabiano so much but probably he will come to us (DAMN I WANT DZEKO IN MILAN!) Astori will back and its good because he great. And maybe Veloso (fine for me) i dont know who will be new midfielder (except Veloso) in Milan, now its about Allegri and not Berlu or Galliani (I think so)

Ive seen nothing about Veloso , and Dzeko is too expensive and you hate Fabiano he is a prolific goalscorer better than Borri or Hunter , but you hate him....and Astori far from great he isnt good in my eyes well not good enough to cover for Nesta or Silva.

i dont mind buying defenders first. we need to get them out of the way. i dont really know astori, but u guys make him sound like he is good, so that is ok. can he play as a wing back, or is he strictly a center back?
i would still go after another cb if i was milan, and try to get rid of bonera. i like him, but he is always injured. lets get someone who is very versitile and can play CB and WB. someone like ZAPATA on loan with an option to buy at the end.
i want us to get Van Der Wiel, or another young and upcoming RB. this was Abate can be played in the midfield at times.

We had four good centre-backs and two of them are 'new' signings in Yepes and Onyewu so we're unlikely to recall Astori back. And he's a centre back, no less, can't play in flanks. Otamendi is OK, he can be deployed at left or right. Van Der Wiel... well he's too good.

I think we all should really thank Dunga for not selecting Pato. Since if he explodes in the WC, then Berlu will either A: Talk about balancing books and Pato is sold due to that or B: It will be Kaka to ManCity 2.0 with Berlu coming out and say that Pato remaining is like winning the CL and signing a top player.....
Another thing is, this is Milan not Spurs or Roma or Palermo. It is a club proud of always signing the best of the best footballers around the world. What happened to those Dutch Trio's signings, or Papin(after winning Golden Boot or something), or De Sailley(where he showed himself to the world in CL), or Weah after winning Footballer of the year.....The last true big signing was Nesta and thats 8 yrs ago. While teams like Real, and Barcelona are continuing to sign the top and brightest stars around, Milan is a place for the left over and unwanted from Real and Barcelona too(if the rumors of Helb and Cecerves are true).

We on the other hand are on the verge of signing "experienced" signing champions in the form of Trezeguet and Camoranesi.
Welcome, Allegri!!! Lead us to glory again!!!
Allegri is already thought to have drawn up a strategy with Milan ahead of next season, rubberstamping their recent transfers.
If this includes Amelia's case, it is quite hopeful.

official:
-Allegri new coach
-Paloschi to stay at Parma (still in co-ownership)
-Astori to stay at Cagliari (still in co-ownership)
shows you what Allegri thinks about Astori being ready to play for Milan...
anyway, i think this is all good news
So I've been out of the transfer loop for the last couple weeks due to various reasons (work, WC..etc) Do we have anything good to look forward to this summer? I see that Allegri has finally been appointed as coach so that should probably lead to some movement in the transfer market.

Well Allegri is now officially our coach.
On the transfer front we signed Marco Amelia on a season long loan deal. But other than that nothing yet , links with Fabiano but his agent and Seville say we have not made contact and they know nothing.Today we are linked with Trezeguet and Camoranesi but I think this is bullsh!t really....But nothing concrete to get excited or happy about yet.

Berlu and Galli will say stuff like balancing books or learning English, or want to be in a more Spanish community.....

Mainly because Galliani doesn't try. No matter how much you are attached to a job, there are always ways the company can force you out. The only reason every single bum player we have insist on staying put no matter what is because Galliani allows them to do so. Galliani might look like he's trying to get rid of the junk, but in reality, he is not doing a damn thing about it.

Yepes was signed when Leo was there.
I just try to link recent "moves" ("transfer" is not an exactly right word, sorry :D) with Allegri. We all know that he met Berlusconi about 2 months ago.
Loan Amelia with option to buy.
Renew co-ownership of Paloschi & Astori.
Quite clever, IMO. All three have the potential, but all need to prove themself more.
Loan Mancini, buy Camoranesi & Trez,...
Buy Ibra, Fabiano,...
There are good & bad rumors, I am often concerned about them because I'm a Rossoneri, but I can only judge when things are official.

Welcome Allegri. I m happy with the arrival of Amelia as well. N i hope he s going to prove his credentials here. I often liked Marchetti over Amelia. But Marchetti s poor show at the WC has made me think otherwise. N i dont think we really need to be chasing strikers at this point of time. We need some reinforcements in our defence and our midfield. The arrival of Yepes doesnt really resolve that issue. He s 34 already. We need somone young and who can be a starter. Onyewu has not me impressed me either. Otamendi would be a good buy if he s affordable which will give us options to move T. Silva to the right giving more room to play up front. N someone decent in the midfield as well. I m just eager to see how Allegri s going to handle this. Heard he likes using younger players a lot.

Apparently Allegri is keen to bring Lazzari to Milan. I always like this player, he's very versatile, for a long period in his career he played everywhere in left flank, and under Allegri he was deployed as attacking midfielder. Plus he's Italian. If he really explodes into a real gem, who the hell will care if Juve got Krasic. But again, it's only my B&G kind of wishful thinking.
If we signed Mariga we'd say he's an average player, if we signed Biabiany we'd say Paloschi is better and we don't need him. If Inter signed Amelia we'd say they will have very nice backup to Julio Cesar.
No one will reject Mariga or Biabiany like the way you said if a choose must be made between Margia+Biabiany type of player with players like Trezeguet+Camoranesi. But if you compare player like Mariga with Fabregas, I agree that Mariga is average to Fabregas.

For the defence, I don't think we'll buy anyone, anyway not for the central defence I think ... Why ?
We have Nesta, T.Silva, Yepes and Onyewu who are sure to be there next season. We still have Kaladze. As long as he won't be gone, I don't think anyone will arrive. And it's probably the reason why we can read on TMW for example that we're no more interested by Astori and could promote (for the 10th year in a row) Albertazzi in first team. From what I understand, it's either one or the other: if Albertazzi is promoted, Astori will stay in Cagliari, and if Astori comes back, Albertazzi will go on loan.
Following the rumours, what we want the most nowadays is a fullback (actually, I have no name from recent rumours ...), a midfielder (Lazzari is the most quoted name) and a striker (Luis Fabiano and Ibrahimovic are the most quoted names, but it seems it could happen only if Huntelaar leaves).
There are still some rumours about Ronaldinho (MLS but I doubt that) and Gattuso (Dubai, he didn't deny despite Galliani saying he is under contract in Milan) leaving.
By writing this post, I realize that we still have no real strategy on this mercato as there's still many questions without any answer. Let's hope the official arrival of Allegri will launch our mercato !!

I dont know....however I do know that Berlusconi likes girl scouts.
LOL:nail::5horse:
Actually, a good scout shouldn't even watch or have to watch a WC to see the interesting players ... because this kind of competition is the ideal way to make big mistakes on the mercato.
Look at Gyan from Ghana ... he looks like an amazing striker, but if you look at his performances in Rennes (French Ligue 1), the guy isn't a real striker as he doesn't score a lot of goals at all.
Same goes for Andre Ayew for example, he looks amazing on his flank in this NT of Ghana, but the guy just played this season in Arles-Avignon (French Ligue 2) because he couldn't make it in the first team in Marseille ...
There are some examples like that in each team. Buying them because they did/have done a good WC is just taking a very big risk.
I just read on Tuttomercatoweb that there was an offer for Ronaldinho coming from the USA. They would give him a 3 year contract, valued at 32M ... which means he would get a huge contract. The part that I disliked was the end when they said that our club just asks for 10M. He just did a good season, so I think we could ask for more, especially to the MLS as when they really want a player, they are able to pay big amounts of money.

I totally agree with this. Remember Charisteas and, that greek dude bologna signed :D he was named player of the tournament when greece won the european championship. Also remember Milan Baros, who was sooo great a worldcup ago. these kind of tournaments are the perfect place for average players to shine after the really big stars had an exhausting championship. :)
but on a sidenote, I do want Keisuke Honda :D who is really great so far, but he also proved this at Vvv (small dutch club) and moscow.
You could already see his massive talent when he was in holland, many people thought his price tag (10m) was too high becouse he was only playing for such a small club; But with some players you can just see that they got 'it' ! It was quite obvious for me with honda! I wouldnt mind him here :) Any thoughts on this?

I really dislike Mensah but I do like Honda a whole lot and I would think that he is worth the Non-EU spot. I prefer Robinho/Balotelli/Ganso though but if Honda's cheaper (Moscow bought him for 15m?) then sure why not.
We should keep an eye on the Portugal fullback and the Uruguayan full back, both are excellent.
If Honda was bought 15 M by Moscow, then his price must be higher than it. For 15 M it is already too much for him especially for us. Better we look for other cheaper and better player.

I personally think scouts should never use tournaments alone to look at players as many play great in them but then aren't actually all that good (Klose is a pretty good example imo).
In reality, a player should be viewed on a number of occasions in different competitions to see how he plays in different scenarios and against different opposition. It has to be a fairly slow and monitored process to make sure the player is suitable.
On milannews a French market expert gave an interview. He suggested Milan look at Mbia and Mongongu for defence and Remy for attack.

In Marseille he was played out of position in CB (he's a DM) and he looked like very impresssive in that role.
To be fair to him he was played at RB I think, which as far as I know is out of position for him. Haven't really watched him much in Marseille though, so don't know about that.
Mbia: DM of Marseille, used as a CD (better in this position: he has had a starting place there whereas as a DM, he was one of the last choices of Deschamps). Solid CD but doesn't like this position, and he made it clear in medias in France instead of saying it directly to Deschamps.
The use of Mbia as a CD allowed Deschamps to use Heinze as a LB and put Taiwo on the bench.
So the guy would be useless here as a DM, and if we want him as a CD, he would potentially cause some problems. Not a potential Milan player as a consequence.
Not a potential Milan player as the money asked will be too much.
If we sell Hunter, then we should sign a mid, and show some trust to our youth forwards - Adiyah, Verdi, & Oudamedi.
A forward trio of Verdi, Pato, Oudamedi would be lightening quick
Not a potential Milan player as the money asked will be too much.
If we sell Hunter, then we should sign a mid, and show some trust to our youth forwards - Adiyah, Verdi, & Oudamedi.

If Honda was bought 15 M by Moscow, then his price must be higher than it. For 15 M it is already too much for him especially for us. Better we look for other cheaper and better player.
Honda was bought around 5-6M , what about fabio coentrao ? he is originally a left winger but is used as left fullback during this tournament( not sure if playing in the club), looks great going forward.. any comment on his defensive part?(as I didnt watch the whole portugal game.):r11:

My feeling..
is that the economy is about 1 year away from a complete collapse..in Europe and the US
The breakup of the EuroZone is not only possible, it's most likely inevitable..
in this scenario, B&G are certainly part of the "Powers that Be" that would be privy to this information, hence, the reason why he refuses to spend money...
Think about it.. Milan have sold Sheva & Kaka for roughly €120 Million. Since then, we bought Huntelaar, T. Silva, and Ronaldinho, for roughly €35-40 million. Where has the other €80 Million gone?
Another thing, is that this Summer Mercato all depends on Allegri's formation. Also, will he have power, unlike Leo, or will B&G be calling the shots? If he is, and does a 4-4-2, where is the room for Ronaldinho, my feeling is that they will sell him for sure if they get €20 million, fearing they will never get that again. They will then use that money to buy Luis Fabiano, which is against what the Fans want. Obviously we all want Dzeko, even if he costs €30 Million...
Anyways I am overall pretty pessimistic and do not think Milan will make big changes.. nor will they buy a great player... They've made this obvious through their inaction of the past 3 seasons. They need at least:
1 LB/RB
1 MF
1 Striker
^ but
JUNE 22, 2010:
"Fininvest said net profit rose to EUR174 million from EUR131 million a year before."
And this in a year of very big difficulties for the economy in general.
I also think...an imminent economic collapse won't be a secret to one billionaire if another billionaire knows it. Moratti has hands/money in a much more volatile commodity

I think people are giving too much credits to B & G about the state of the team. They are going cheap route and has been doing that for quite sometime. 20 years ago, Milan only get the best of the best players in this world. Dutch Trio, Papin, De Sailley, Baggio, Weah, Boban.. Then they stopped and began investing in youth, which turned out those youth can only be WC while not playing for Milan-Davids, Kluivert, Veira, Ayala....Then they started to be cheap again but at the same time, they are willing to pay for qaulity players-Sheva, Pippo, Rui Costa, Kaka, Nesta and gamble on over older players-Stam, Cafu, Pancaro, Crespo... IT so happened that B & G stopped to spend on quality players that actually cost money over the past few years and all their gamble on mature players failed, except for Favalli. On top of that, they are unwilling to replace some of their players who are clearly not good enough to play top flight football anymore.

In the Portugal team, I really like watching this player. This WC is a great chance for him to find a bigger club. Of course he will have one, because untill now he always go on loan, return to Benfica is still a upward step :D

Tevez' wages are (and deservedly so) significantly lower than Ronaldinho's, however Tevez is a fan favourite there and Mancini loves him...he aint leaving... Robinho on the other hand..... much better than Tevez, doesnt want to stay there, has that Samba swagger, and young enough to stay here for a while.... now THAT would be sexy

I would take Antonini and Abate over Otamandi anyday if this performance is any to go by.
I would rather have Tevez instead of Robinho in the team, although Robinho is more talented but Tevez just works so much harder than Robinho. The more I watch Tevez the more I think he is underrated.
As for Dzeko, i know a lot of you are fans of his, but didn't Gomez used to lead the German league in scoring too.

Robinho would definitely be a good signing. Considering Milan's brazilian connection and the two player's status at Man City a more likely signing than Tevez of course.
I'd be happy with an attacking trident of Robinho - Huntelaar (yes, I still believe in him) - Pato. Then we could look at reinforcements in other areas. Otamendi looks ok for defence, can play both in the center and on the right side.

If that's true, I don't know what happen to Milan. If they don't have money, they should manage it right. A Fabiano even 29-year old would be make the team strong but not these days since we still need a couple of players AND we have to be wise to use the money.
Fabiano from quality is more than OK but not from his age or from the condition of Milan. This transfer strategy (if the news is true) is not suitable for Milan except Berlusconi wants to build a new strong team in a short time, then I agree.

Striker, Midfield (pirlo's position) along with wing back..
Luis Fabiano is not preferred. I also don't want the Brazilian NT...
Sell Huntelaar for 23 Million
Buy Dzeko for 30 Million

Dzeko is valued at too much its 100% clear Wolfsburg do not need money and will not sell for less than 35 - 40 million , we have no money literally we have to sell to buy , Dida also is no longer a Milan and Gattusso at 32 Janku 33 Kala 32 and Oddo 34 will honestly only get us about 5-10 million so that is 4 players to be replaced with 10 million , keep in mind we have no money to spend as that's what MGT are claiming we need to sell to buy .
Now Hunter will be sold I think and we'll probably get 12 - 15 million , I dont think Fenerbahce have offered 23 mil for him , I'd imagine that we will have 20 million at most to spend , so you want Dzeko 35 million and 3 young good players that would be about say 8 million each for a good player 20 - 23 thats 59 million we just do not have it to spend for whatever reason it just is not possible.
I think Fabiano will arrive with 1 or 2 free out of contract players or loan players....But saying MGT are going against the fans isnt really what is going on we will not have 59 million to spend , Dzeko is out he is too expensive for Milan.
Also Dzeko is 24 , 25 in March I wouldnt fancy having him when he is 35 , thats what has us in a mess in the first place.

For once, I agree with you. Fabiano would be ideal for us, he is 29\30 but Millito was over 30 and scored bucket loads of goals for Inter. Fabiano is also a professional and players like him will have the discipline consistently into their mid 30s like Zanetti, Nedved and the like.

IMO, Milan usually has good relationship with its old players who were very famous & talented ones before. Those are good source of information & support.
Bierhoff (Germany), Boban (Croatia), Rui Costa (Portugal), Dutch Trio many Brazilian like Leo, Cafu,... and even Beckham (England, why not?). They are eager to help, how to use that is the main issue.
At this point, I really like the way Berlusconi & Galliani run the club.

You're absolutely right. Pato, legend Ronaldo and Kaka, the KaPaRo was a proof. Fabiano is not skillful as Ronaldo but he is very good at exchanging short passes, n.7 Sheva & Kaka were another example of quick cooperation.
We really need a ACM like Kaka, if not, signing Fabiano will not get the most effect.
Ronaldinho play too wide on the left, sometimes cut inside. If he remains, we still need a player like Borri to move a lot and shield the ball. Dzeko is to expensive.

Well, Ozil in Barcelona could be there to progressively replace Xavi ... One year to learn, one year to take the starting place, and in 2012-2013, Ozil is their new starter in midfield.
In Milan, Ozil would become one of our starters once he puts one foot in Milanello ...

Tbh, I don't think a transfer of Özil would be completly unrealistic. His contract runs out next season, and he seems set on leaving the club. Werder Bremen are gonna have to sell if a decent offer comes in, which it will... Also he's a player who's clearly worth the money, he's already proven in Germany and best of all the World Cup, so I don't think it takes a football scout to see that signing him would be good buisness, and I'm sure even Galliani knows this.
Biggest problem in my opinion is to convince him to come to Milan instead of Barcelona, Chelsea, Juventus, Merda etc. who are all, for sure, gonna be bidding for him as well.

Uhm, do you like Honda?
Özil is a typical playmaker, he can do everything required for a midfielder, but he is not physically strong to defend or be lethal like a forward. A classical midfielder.
Honda is a modern player, physically strong but still very skillful, freekick specialist and can play as a forward (his heading & composure is good). A leftfooter, often drift in from the right, can play like an inside forward (winger with the strongfoot opposite with the flank) on the right when Ronaldinho is a left inside forward.
Classic or modern?
The amount 20M should spend for one of them or player like them. I still think we need an ACM than a forward. A multi-function like Ibra is another case, but that's more dream than a dream :D

Both would be needed ...
Honda is the typical player that all clubs need: he can play in so many positions, and he proved in CSKA and with Japan that he can play at the highest level (+ he is left footed, we have no left footed player in our team, so would be perfect for us).
Ozil is the typical player that we need.
I'll call Galliani tomorrow to tell him to sell Ronaldinho and Gattuso in the next few days and start the negotiations with CSKA and Werder.
More seriously, if Juventus is interested by Ozil, I'm a bit afraid that we will let them buy Ozil and take Diego (thanks to the good relationship between both clubs since the new managers are at the head of Juventus).
Like Juventus will do the same kind of season as this year, they will want to replace Ozil who will miserably fail (like Diego this year), we will let them buy one of the players we want, and welcome Ozil. As a consequence, we will have an in form Diego (back to his best level in Milan) and a competitor for his position or for the central midfield (back to his best level too in Milan). In 2 years, thanks to Juventus, we'll have an almost complete new midfield with Flamini being a starter with them ... Milan always wins at the end, that's the true story of football.

I don't mind if Juventus take Özil and us Diego. The Brazilian is perfect for 4-3-1-2 (or 4-1-2-1-2) formation.
Flamini - Pirlo - Ambrosini
----------Diego--------------
----Fabiano---Pato--------
I concern for Özil about his fitness. He was often subbed out both at club and NT. He rarely got injuries and all were minor, but the destroyers in Serie A is another story. Juventus, like Inter, has the tendency of signing strong & athletic players, so the chance is small.
PS: The more dreamer, the closer reality is :D

Berlu is definitely nothing close to broke.. the money he makes day to day just increases in his bank. its milan going broke. theyve bun cupless for some time now and HAvent made the best of investments.. the problem is they sell without buying, and the players they sell are the players that make us a recognizable club. kaka did a big deal in r ucl win and sheva basicly did alot in everything we've won.. see, when you get rid of those players and dont win anything, that money from sales slowly decreases just on player wages! basicly ; spend, go in debt, make the money back from actually winning things and huge ticket sale and jersey sale increase, then u pay the debt and have a good team, its a cycle basically, makes sence to me. but with berlu and galis hard bald heads we need to sell to buy. gattuso, dida, favalli, janku, oddo, zambro out - robinho, hernanes and a good investment towards a young upcoming (pato type but more of a acm or wherever we lack) and were set.. by time winter mercato is over with another quick addition and we have a highly competitive milan again
Juve is really makiing some good moves on the market.
but they will lose giovinco
2. If Berlusconi is that broke, why doesn't he sell to a sheik so we can have some money... why are we going to continue on like that.. next year we'll end up like Juventus this year...
he is definitely not broke. but his government just approved a massive pay cut to workers.... he CANNOT be seen spending 30 million on players. we are just in a lose-lose situation at the moment.
and NO way do I, and many other italians, want this club to go the way of foreign ownership. that would be the darkest day. but im certain it would never happen..
Well, Ozil in Barcelona could be there to progressively replace Xavi ... One year to learn, one year to take the starting place, and in 2012-2013, Ozil is their new starter in midfield.
In Milan, Ozil would become one of our starters once he puts one foot in Milanello ...
So if I were Ozil, my choice would be easily done: Milaaaaaaaaaaaaan !!
Ozil and Xavi are very different players. I know they are interested in David Silva, but Ozil imo would be a better choice, he is a more intelligent and astute player than Silva. If they get him, he will likely be deployed as a LAM or CAM.

Well you forgot about the fact that we need to buy some full backs

That argument would make sense if it wasn't for the fact that we stopped spending on the market long before the economic recession started. They simply took that policy a little further the last year or two using the economy as an excuse. The situation is simple, Berlusconi is just a crazy old man who has sucked dry every bit of usefulness of this team and is now implementing some ridiculous plan to save money.
anyway if Milan will continue with 4-3-3 formation than< it swill be good to sell Ronaldinho (15-20 M) Borrielo (15 Million) Hunter (15 Million)and the old players of course.
And than to buy Ozil, Alexis Sanchez (replace Ronnie) Isla/Bale and Lazzari.

--------------------Nesta--------------T.Silva-----------------
----Antonini------------------------------------------Isla------
-------------------Flamini-------------Pirlo---------------------
-----------------------------Ozil-------------------------------
---Lazzari-------------------------------------Alexis-Sanchez--
---------------------------Pato--------------------------------
Lets be realistic we cant buy Dzeko AND Ozil but we can buy Dzeko OR Ozil.
I think Ozil will be great because we need prilo replacment and we need to put Pato as Centre Forward, I think than pato will score even more than Dzeko (did you forgot that pato lwas best goalscorer in Brazilian league at age 16!!!!)

Man you really are clueless... since when do we play Antonini as rightback? Lazzari as a right winger? Thinking we're getting Sanchez one day after their prez say he on sale for 30m? Isla? Are u kidding?
