I see your point, but in one year he can sign pre-contract for free for any team and then join them in a year and a half. If we could get €60m then great, but I don't believe it before I see it.

What do want in exchange for Piatek...Harry Kane, Martinez, Lewandoski. Joao Pedro has been constantly performing for Cagliari for literally the last 3 seasons. He can't be labelled as a one-season wonder. No Big club will going to spend even 20M for Piatek, it's a good deal for me, even though it's hypothetical now.

Actually, the problem is why Jose Mauri, Samu, Laxalt, etc., we’re signed in the first place. AC Milan has a huge management problem, and it seems Maldini and Boban suck even more!
actually everything started as Berlusconi didnt want to invest, and collected only garbage, firstly +30 players, than injury prone ones, than the ones that never were Milan material. Giving them contracts, we couldnt then get rid of them easily. The chinese then made an expensive transfer campaign that wasnt worth the money, and the current one, also made similar mistakes. So, an important part of the problem is a) not being able to get rid of the deadwood inherited by the previous mismanagement of Berlusconi and Lee, b) signing another group of deadwoods and not being able to get the quality players necessary to make a top flight.
