Gattuso plans to stick to the 4-3-3 formation next season [Premium]
Gattuso: “I expect a few reinforcements, including a midfielder and a winger. We need experienced players, who could also be 24-25 years old if they played many important matches. Today I sat at the table with Mirabelli and Fassone for 4 hours.” [Gazzetta]

Shit!
We all saw the difference when playing 4-3-1-2

We could get Cavani for that money.
There are better options than Ciro and especially for that much.
Media in belgium say Fellaini to Milan is done.

Pray its not
I don't think Immobile is what we need as a striker to be honest. It's not that I doubt his quality as a player but we don't need a stationary inside the box type of striker at the moment. Our attack lacks creativity, speed and dynamism. We need players who can bring those attributes to the table instead of specialists who lives in the box. I have the same concerns with Belotti as well. Guys like that will come in and struggle because they won't be getting the right service from our wingers and midfield.
What for u need Fellaini, when you desperately nees creativity ?
I will say this about Fellaini. Though I don't rate him at all as a player, and actually think he should convert to CB because of his size and lack of technical skills, he wouldn't be the worst signing in the world for free. Clearly, Gattuso and Mirabelli wants to build a physical midfield. If it wasn't for Fellaini, it would've been someone like Duncan, who is not as good and will cost a lot of money. Signing Fellaini for free would at least save us some cash upfront to use on other areas of needs. His contract would be ugly, but it's not like we aren't familiar with those.
Mirabelli: "We have a clear idea on where to intervene: A midfielder, a winger and a great striker. We have to raise the level of the team."
